Bellisimo! Top notch flavors bursting through ! Excellent! Made reservation you really need one! 2 In Our party did the” trust fall “ you trust your server and it was great ! I honestly would not have ordered a white pizza with prosciutto & lemon olive oil and arugula on top but it was fab! We all enjoyed will return! Good service ! Was a bit slow getting order and food but overall very good ! Loved the wine choice they made !
My son SOGRa!n , loves this place. A Dopo Sourdough Pizza's has the highest quality of services. And their pepperoni margarita pizza ,wood fire was beyond flavorful and delicious!

Best pizza I’ve had in Knoxville but you definitely need a reservation and you’ll probably still wait about 10 minutes to get sat but the pizza is totally worth the wait. The staff is amazing as well.

The food was pretty good . Unfortunately the service was not up to par. I had a reservation and when I walked in they told me to wait until my table was ready. There was visibly a table ready and available, Which they promptly gave to guests who arrived 10 mins after we did. After waiting 30 mins for someone else to leave , I was rushed to place an order . After about 10 mins boxes were brought out and the check placed on the table. I felt as though I was an afterthought. Will not be going back.

Okay I had never been before and on my first visit it was amazing. We went with a large group from work and we did the all. You can eat pizza for $18 per person with a minimum of $10. I think we had nine pizzas. Oh my gosh we were so full. It was so good and our waitress was amazing. I can't remember her name which saddens me greatly. They have a great wine selection as well and it's just a neat concept to experience for yourself.

I love the vibe in here and always enjoy the pizza when i come. It is hot and fresh and I enjoy the unique flavor pairings they come up with seasonally. the best way to do it is a trust fall which comes with pizza, wine, an appetizer, and gelato. Reservations aren’t always easy to come by so keep your eyes peeled!
