Never have I once waited 30 minutes on a muffin. When I walked to the counter to let her know we had been waiting on it for a while and we're in a rush she was incredibly rude. 20 minutes after placing out order I asked plainly if we could get the muffin we had ordered since we needed to leave. She said after she finished her task so I put it plainly that all she had to do was take it out the display case. Apparently those are display only so i had to wait for her to grab one from back. The girl had no urgency even though the mall was closed and there were people also waiting on their order. After 5 or so minutes after asking she pulled out a tray of muffins, obviously from a Costco, and put one in the microwave. It sat in there for 5 minutes until I yet again have to ask her to pull it from the microwave. Finally we have it, but after walking away we realized the order was also wrong. Just go to the Jamba juice instead of here, their service was much more prompt.

I waited 15 minutes for my smoothie with 4 employees working. When I finally got my $9 smoothie it was watery and room temperature. The flavor was good but consistency was real bad. No one smiled and everyone looked like they hated to be there. I probably won’t come back.

Tried to get a smoothie here but it took far too long. I ended up canceling my order. There were only two orders ahead of me and each was taking 10 minutes. Didn't seem like the workers were efficient or cared about the time customers were waiting. They were just chatting with each other. Cannot comment on the quality of the smoothie.

It's really disappointing they don't seem to staff properly. Out of 2 visits, both times I only saw 1 employee working their tail off to support people waiting 15-30 minutes. Not likely I will be ordering again due to the wait alone.

This place use to be amazing, but maybe because the owner was always working. There are 3 young girls that work here & they are definitely wrecking this place. Beyond slow service, attitudes & cross contamination everywhere. It's disgusting! They use to always ask about allergies & they young girls do NOT care.
Although the smoothies are fantastic, the customer service has drastically gone down hill. Granted we came during a rush, but the ladies working all had attitudes. One of them kept touching her face and hair without washing her hands or changing gloves. Cross contamination is prevelant as well, as I saw no changing of gloves at all between drastically different drinks, peanutbutter included.

I came here and got the mango paradise. The people there are very nice. I really liked how the mango paradise was like a mix between a bowl and a smoothie. No artificial sweetener (sugar/cane sugar/maple syrup/honey) is why I like this place the most. I highly recommend!

The prices on the menu are not the prices of the drinks, $6.95 turned to $9! And the cashier said oh the menu prices aren’t the prices of the drinks.. so change it, how is that even allowed it’s false advertising.
