I was told they had the best burgers in town. They did not disappoint. Great food and service. I highly recommend checking this place out.

Looking for some good tasting cold beer, and some really good burgers, well this is the place. Stopped in after our meeting and glad we did. The burgers were the bomb, cooked just the way you asked for it, fresh and juicy. And the beer, it's cold and refreshing, yeah even in the late winter. March is our burger month, so when we go out, we try to find the best burger around. This place makes our top 3 of 9 places between Johnson City and Knoxville. We'll keep posting if we find some more surprises. Don't worry guys we shall return.

After arriving and putting our name on the list at 4:55 pm, we were not seated until after 6:30 pm - longer than the 1-1 1/2 hour we were told. Part of the problem was the hostess put someone back on the list ahead of us after they missed their text that their table was ready - knocking us out for another almost 30 minutes. The hostesses were quite unsympathetic and smart mouthed - told me they just did what their manager told them to. While I did speak to the manager, he was no help. After we were finally seated, it took another 30-40 minutes to get our food AND one person’s grilled chicken sandwich did not come out with the rest of our order and was another 10 minutes behind. Completely ridiculous and the manager was aware but did not offer to comp the chicken sandwich. Customer service and attention to detail are sorely lacking - so much that it is not worth eating here even though the burger is amazing. They clearly have so much business that they could care less how they treat their customers. They surely will not miss ours as we will not be back.

Incredibly frustrating experience just now when we came in with a group of ten at 3 pm. Our group was willing to split up, and the hostesses would not seat us because they said it was easier for the servers if we stayed together. There was a 45 minute wait, multiple tables available, and we told them we were willing to pay with separate cards. I’m not sure when seating people separately for server convenience became the way you run a business, but we will not be back.

be advised beer servings are 12oz max, 33% smaller than everybody else at the same price. was the old 'TN Ale house', which served a larger glass btw...

I am giving them an overall 4 stars.Their bar is one of the worse I have ever been to. They don't have "bar tenders" they have beer and "liquor delivers". Neither knew how to fix anything except the restaurant specialities. And they didn't stock "basic" liquor.They get negative 1 star.The hostess girls were fabulous. They actually got our big party seated an hour sooner than expected and the restaurant was packed.They get 5 stars. Our server, Rachel was the best. All of our food was perfect. She took excellent care of us. My "Abridged" burger was perfect. I couldn't have been any happier. She would get a 10 star.If you are thinking desert, don't. The chocolate strawberry creme brule was in a cup to go that would not have held a single scoop of ice cream and it was $8.50. I wouldn't have paid $3 for it. The desert would get a negative 5 stars.I would go back for the service and food.

we were cut off for violating the no shot policy after we were served shots at the bar. When we ordered shots at our table and took them we were told there was a problem with the computer. We cashed out and went back to the bar and the first server who served us shots told us we were cut off because we took shots at the table. Be careful at abridged because they don't tell you the policy and then cut you off for violating it.

We ordered two Abridged chicken burgers with “no bacon” yesterday. Both of those were super salty like unbearable level of salty flavor. We are Asian so our food platter already has lots of spicy and salty food, even we couldn’t bear that extreme salt in the burger! I don’t know if it’s a mistake on both burgers, or is intensional.

Went there on a Friday night (Date night) Trying to relax and catch up. Food was good. The beer was good. We Ordered a Tito‘s and tonic for dessert, with orange. They brought it. When I ask for a receipt to pay, the Bartender tried to shove a computer at me. I said no I need a receipt. He finally presented one and on it I was charged for two kettle ones for $16 and $4 for tonic. Wow!!!I told the bartender that I didn’t order kettle one, and he said they didn’t have Titos, where I work, if you don’t have something you let the guest know. I might have ordered the well vodka or gray goose, who knows, wasn’t given a choice. And four dollars for tonic, really??? Do you charge for Coke in a jack and Coke. That really riled me up at the end. Thanks for ruining a really nice date night. The bartender didn’t care.

Great beer choices. I had an IPA and it was delicious. We had the pizza and chicken sandwich and it was delicious. Buffalo chicken pizza is spicy for those that don’t like spicy stuff. Parking on site in free parking lot.
