Edit- Owner comment stated they haven't changed. But the fillings of the donuts are canned food. I don't recall them ever being full of the worst ingredients. If they cared about their customers, they would use real fruit. Not canned.
Okay, we were part of the Dough-Joe experience in Karns. Beavers Dough-Joe. They made their donuts on site. We loved every one of their creations. The new Dough-Joes are all sold out garbage. The fillings are dime store cherry pie, lemon, or apple filling crap. Nothing tastes like it used to. They sold out and it's all garbage here. It tastes like metallic fillings. You can get better at Krispy Kreme.

The donuts are ridiculously good, service was super sweet and attentive, it was my first time and the worker advised me the better deal for my money and yes I ended up getting a dozen donuts! I would give 5/5 except that unfortunately they run out so fast that I didn't have a lot of options to pixk from, mind you it was only 9 am on a Monday. I suppose the nearby school teachers might have taken all the good options but still, I would think that their donuts wouldn't run out regardless, especially if they technically close at 11:30 am.

Admiral Dough Joe is hands-down my favorite donut spot! Every bite is pure heaven! Their donuts are always fresh, fluffy, and full of flavor. You can tell they put real love into what they do. The staff is friendly, the vibes are cozy, and I always leave with a smile (and maybe a few extra donuts). If you haven’t been, you’re seriously missing out! This is the norm place I will buy donuts from!
