We used All Occasion Catering for my grandson's wedding in October. The food was fabulous but communication was horrible. We were assured we'd get the leftovers. We gave them a count of 90 and had 60 show up. We got no leftovers and when I contacted them Kelsey assured me she would get to the bottom of it and call me back. No call back so I called again. She curtly informed me she hadn't had time to talk to the person in charge but she would call me. Two weeks later I called again but was told Kelsey wasn't available. Two weeks later I sent her a text. Obviously once she has your money she doesn't care about you. I don't consider a business who won't follow up with you a reliable business. I gave them a three star review because the food was fantastic.

We hired AOC for our first daughter's wedding at Jackson Terminal.OMG, I can not say enough of how beautiful the venue turned out. I worked with Kelly and she was amazing. I called her several times to get into the venue and she was always there to let us in.The night before the wedding, me being OCD about some things. I went to the venue late the night before when Jordan was setting up the chairs, I thought I was OCD, that young man was very OCD about how perfect the rows were set up and he had everything perfect. I had asked him to move a couple of items and he did not hesitate. The night of the wedding the staff that worked were super nice and helpful in every way. The lead person in charge told me if we needed anything at all, don't hesitate to ask. They went over and above to make our night perfect and it was. When I walked up to the bar to get a drink and they knew what I was drinking, I knew then I had picked the right place. 100% of the guests that commented on the food told us how delicious it was and they were right, it was fantastic.THANK YOU SO MUCH TO KELLY FOR MAKING THINGS SO SMOOTH.THANK YOU JORDAN FOR MAKING THE SET UP PERFECT. THANK YOU TO THE STAFF FOR A FANTASTIC EXPERIENCE AND A NIGHT TO REMEMBER....

We hired All Occasion Catering for our wedding and the food and service was great! The only downside was communication. We were told that they would be practicing COVID guidelines and would have a sneeze guard and a sanitizing station and would be wearing masks. I don't mind that they didn't do any of that, it was just the fact that we weren't able to use our ranch fountain because of their "guidelines". It all turned out well, but I wish I would've known that they changed their guidelines.

All Occasion Catering catered the whole weekend while we were at an RV rally in Pigeon Forge and they were amazing! Great service and great food!! When cooking for as large of a crowd as we had, usually the food is "meh", but everything we had was delicious! Highly recommend!

These folks catered the #LippertGetaway dinner. The food was awesome and the service was flawless. The meal consisted of beef brisket, salmon with multiple sides and salad. The food was hot and tasty. If you have an affair that you need a 5-star catering service. These are the best.

Planning was easy and stress free. Kelsey was able to send over a few options for menus based on what we were looking for and made changes if there were things we wanted to add or didn't need. She was very prompt. Payment was hassle free as well. They were very professional on our wedding day and got the food set up and served efficiently. They also cut and served our cake. They made sure we ate (bride and groom) and came to check if we wanted seconds! They cleaned up seamlessly. The food was lovely and we had many compliments. We would use them again for an event in the future
This place catered an event at my child’s aftercare free of charge. They had an absolutely wonderful staff and I cannot thank them enough!!! I’m sure that not many(if any) who enjoyed their quality food and service took the time to do this so I wanted to make sure they are recognized for their amazing service to our community!!!!! I hired All Occasion Catering to prepare the meal at my daughter's wedding, and I couldn't be happier with that choice. The food was delicious, and was kept warm and refilled all day. The Bartender was great, easy to chat with, and made a mean drink. The server was awesome. She even helped cut and serve the wedding cake, and later seran-wrapped all of the leftovers for us. She even made the Bride & Groom each a big plate and wrapped them up. They were very reasonably priced, and I highly recommend hiring them for your next event.

Even before the event, when I was working on the contract, the staff were very patient as we had to change the guest headcount multiple times.Our family and friends were VERY impressed with the quality and variety of food provided, and the on-site staff were 100% on top of their game.If you are looking for a reliable, stress-free, and delicious caterer, AOC is the best you could ask for!

Fabulous staff and absolutely delicious food. We did a taco bar and brick oven pizzas for our wedding reception along with the usual fruit and cheese plates. We had so many compliments about how great the food was. We would definitely recommend them and would use them again if we required another catered event.
