My husband introduced me to this place last week. I had two scoops of chocolate on a cake cone. This is the most amazing ice cream I have ever had in my life. I can't get it out of my head and I can't wait to go back.

I asked for a vanilla twist cone I was told they didn't have one. I thought that's what a custard was. The girl asked me three times what I wanted and still got it wrong. a little ice cream for a lot of money and then eat it standing in the hot sun. like eating ice cream at Dollywood. I got a bathroom cup size of vanilla ice cream it wasn't even what I ordered for $6 I won't be back.Some west Knoxville people got more money than they got sense they might buy one. NEVER AGAIN!

We go here all the time and have the double- double choc. malt. We just don't understand their ordering system. You don't order at a sign . The food is great. A little pricey.

I’ve been coming here ever since the place has opened almost every day if I have the time and I have never had an issue with them for the year and a half that they’ve been opened all of the employees seem so happy to come to work and they’re always so nice to me And the other customers that I see even even when they’re booming with business, I went there last night and they asked me for my phone number and I said I don’t have a link to my account and I don’t have my card cause I lost it and they said come on now Sammy and then they gave me another card and then they reminded me Two register my card and I did absolutely love the place if you’ve never been I suggest getting a Sunday with Oreos and M&Ms as it is the best But I might be a little biased because that’s what I’ve gotten never since they’ve opened but it’s the best And the people that work, the place is the best

Excellent frozen custard. Ive been here a few times now, and I've always been happy with their items. The staff is quick and friendly. They have nice smaller options for small kids, and pricing is reasonable. Best ice cream in the area without a doubt.
