My favorite place, gaining weight as want their custard daily. Love the fact you can design your own vs using what is on the menu. Highly recommend.

Andy’s vanilla custard is delicious. It’s not overly sweet, which I appreciate. The butter pecan concrete is my new favorite post-migraine remedy. It really is craveable stuff.
I do have to take off a couple of stars because our kiddos’ ice cream cups were filled *maybe* 1/3 of the way, and the kids’ cups are already tiny. You couldn’t even see the ice cream under the toppings because they were so under-filled (and for almost $10 for the pair, that’s really not cool). We spent around $30 for two tiny kids’ cups and two concretes, so it is pricy.

Meh... limited menu, basic custard pretty tasty, waffle cones leak waaaaaay too early.

Went to this place yesterday and the young man with blond hair grabbed my cone with no gloves or napkins and then hands it to me. He was scooping ice cream with no gloves/napkins and taking money and it’s very unsanitary. And then proceeded to obtain an attitude when I wanted my cone redone because I didn’t want something that was touched with his bare hands that would be going into my mouth. Most ice cream places have a thin sliver over the ice cream cones or put a napkin around the cone to pick it up. Is that not the policy here?
Fun vibe and setting with lots of flavor options. I'm more of a fan of ice cream over custard.

First time here, staff were super friendly and helpful. The custard was amazing. Did not disappoint! Must Try!
