Great 🍨
Delicious frozen custard! Affordable . I like vanilla with added cherries in syrup or the combo of choc/ vanilla in a waffle cone.
Very good if you like frozen custard 🍮 I don't
Fair food
I love Andys. The custard is fresh and many varieties of toppings. The staff is friendly as well. Fast service too.
Unbelievably rude service. It took a brown headed young lady 10 minutes to assist me at the window. As she was taking my order she was anything but kind. She was having conversations with fellow employees while taking my order. UNPROFESSIONAL 🤦♀️. I will not be returning because this isn’t the first time it’s happened.
The frozen custard was to die for, and the portions were huge.
Went here for the Cookie butter concrete, sign in the drive through says they have it.. Turns out they ran out and decided it wasn't important to remove the signage so customers don't wait in a long line for nothing.
Great custard, decent price, and friendly service
Yummy! But dangerous with all the calories 😁😉

The absolute best custard in the world!
I love andys. From sevierville
Cedar bluff the experience is consistent. However at this location there's a certain odoris O'differous. Okay, I'll spell out for you after you've paid for your custard and you're sitting there eating , it smells like boo boo. So at this location, I recommend tha drive through and then go down the street. And sit there and eat your custard.
First time trying this place. I loved the key lime!
Great for after dessert or a hot day
Very good frozen custard, a little pricey but you get a lot and it’s very very good. The drive through system was weird but was fast even with the line waiting. Not sure if someone with peanut allergies would be safe due to cross contamination but I liked it more than baskin robins.
