John freaking rocks...best bartender ever! Food here is great...try the Cajun salmon! Service is wonderful as well...do yourself a favor and make this spot your favorite!

The worst burger I ever had I haven't been here in years and now I remember why. And I ordered 2 desserts only got one

The food wasn't bad. The service wasn't terrible but it wasn't great. However the place seemed cleaner than the last time we visited.

I order fiesta lime chicken with broccoli and kids pizza and 2 drinks and the pretzel with cheese and when my food came out the Pico smell so bad and had a horrible taste the waitress even said it smelled bad the manger said he wouldn't take it off the bill even though I only had 1 bit of the chicken.

The food was okay so far. Everything I've tried I probably wouldn't want to get it again but it wasn't bad. I tried the 8 oz steak the first time it needed some extra seasoning. It just wasn't very flavorful. To me a good steak,, You don't need to use anything with it.. This just needed some help so I used 57. Our second visit there. We tried their burgers. They were on the greasy side.. The flavor was pretty good but I don't like greasy burgers so I doubt that I'll ever get that again. The french fries were good. They were unseasoned which is what I requested so they were pretty darn good. We tried two appetizers with our dinner. The first one with a steak we tried their buffalo wings. The breading was kind of tough but The taste wasn't too bad. The second one we tried their chips and spinach dip spinach dip needed some help I didn't care for and the chips tasted like they were burnt. They didn't look it but they tasted like they were. Both times our waiter the first time and the second time we had a waitress. They were awesome. Very nice, very attentive, very friendly. Very helpful. Came back. See if you need anything. They were great.

Dietary restrictions: I try to watch my salt and sodium try to stay away from anything super greasy or fat ladened. They had quite a few options.

Parking: It's a nice little place. The ambiance is decent. I didn't feel crowded. We requested a boost. We got a booth both times that we went in. The restaurant look clean. I did not visit the bathrooms so I can't say anything about them.

Wheelchair accessibility: Can't really say much about the wheelchair accessibility. I didn't know we had to go upstairs to get to our little area. I had to go upstairs in the other area to get to their Booth. They may have had a ramp somewhere around but I did not notice one. I do have some disability so that would have been something that would have been important to me but I was not wheelchair-bound. I simply just didn't look.

I live about a hour away from this location had to go to Knoxville Monday on some Business so decided to stop here and eat lunch at 11am when ordering I ordered 2 of the Lunch Specials for me and my friend total order was 21.00 and some change which with the tip rounded it off to 24 even when receiving Chicken Sandwich it tasted like it was freezer burnt when trying to get waitress attention she just walked past us like she didn't want to deal with us as customers only time she had came to our table was to give us our food and she already sat a extra drink down so she didn't have to come back and deal with that then last time we seen her was when she brought check to table to pay I had mentioned about how the food tasted but seemed to me like waitress was to busy and it fell on deaf ears I have always eaten at Applebees and I have never had a bad experience till now this should have been corrected and I as a customer should have not been made to feel like I was ignored

I had a great experience at Applebees tonight due to Kayla(the manager I assume). She took her time to make sure my daughter and I had everything we needed. It’s people like her that need to be in the tip top of leadership, great job Kayla we will see you soon. Thank you so much!
