This location is outdated, dirty, and the food was honestly terrible—worse than what you’d expect even on a bad day at Applebee’s. It was barely edible. On top of that, my bill ended up being around $7 higher than what I actually signed for after tipping, which makes me believe the waitress added extra to the total. I left a voicemail explaining the issue to management and never got a call back. Stealing from customers is serious, and the lack of response makes it worse. I will never return to this location. Completely unacceptable.

I went here last Thursday with a group of friends in the evening. The place was cold but that’s honestly typical for Applebees. We waited a while for our food which wasn’t much of an issue and it all tasted good. Though, despite it tasting good, I got food poisoning from it and suffered the rest of the night and into the early morning. I wasn’t super mad at the check knowing that I spent how much as I was expecting to. Unfortunately I made the mistake of not keeping a receipt cause i remember the tip I gave totaled it out to be 25.16. This morning I saw that the waitress who billed us gave herself an extra two dollars from my bill. I don’t have a lot of money if I could tip better I would. I will never go back here again.

Great place to visit! Excellent service! Fun atmosphere, very tentative to their patrons and their patrons needs. Great place for meetings, or small groups. Love having my birthdays here as well!

Usually Applebee's is a 5/5, but apparently not on Sundays. We have been going to Applebee's since I was a child. Ben, is the best bartender, hands down. When he is there, even when they are short staffed, the service, the atmosphere, and the experience is topnotch. The last few times I've been there on his day off shows me that the right person at the center is very important.

I got the bourbon street, chicken and shrimp, and my chicken was dry, and it's suppo9to come with onions and mushrooms and I barely got any, and the potatoes were great, but I got very few of them. I live in Morristown and the portions here are twice what I got. Maybe y'all need to think about your portions sizes. Thank you have a great day.
