The food at this location is always great but my issue is with some of the employees. There’s a little mixed kid (didn’t catch his name) in here who was working window when I came through, his attitude sucks. Just acted all depressed like he didn’t want to be there. When you’re at work dealing with the public, PUT A SMILE ON YOUR FACE & treat your guests how you’d want to be treated. The managers attitude also sucked when she had to come fix his mistake and yet she still didn’t even fix what needed to be fixed so I left. It was one of the more terrible experiences I’ve had in a fast food drive thru.

Good food and clean inside
First time visiting this arby's. They didnt make me sit at the speaker like some. I ordered on the app a few minutes in advance though, and it took ten minutes. Then i got my two sandwhiches. On the way home 30 minutes away, i noticed i could smell curly fries. I avoid those for health, but the lady did say something i couldnt understand. Before she walked back inside after handing my food off. I thought, well maybe they gave me fries for the wait. I did see two sanwhiches in there. Then i get home, and i had the wrong two sandwhiches. I ordered a smokehouse brisket and reuben. I received a roast beef and ham/swiss/chicken. Im picky about arby's meats, so i threw the beef away and the ham. I tried to eat the chicken patty, but it was overcooked.

Arby's piled on the beef!!! That would NEVER happen at Taco Bell even if you pay for double meat. Good job Arby's!!!

Extremely nice customer service, The young lady was very patient with us cuz we have not been to Arby's in a minute. Food was hot delicious at no time at all coming to the table. The turnovers they suggested were spot on very good. The manager rose does an amazing job

Have had very so-so experiences when I come here. It's usually a toss-up depending on who is working, but for the most part everyone who works is very nice. However, the quality of food varies at times and sometimes it's cold and sometimes it's hot?

I ordered through the app and could not use my gift card and also it was free delivery Monday and I was not given that as well as the delivery person cured me out and also left my food out in the parking lot at my apartments and so I had to physically go to the local Arby’s and then was called a liar there by the manager and the employee so I lost $25 in my gift card and then was charged $35 by Doordash on top of that so all in all I paid over $60 for a simple meal for lunch and even with calling corporate was unable to retrieve a refund and not even a discount. I am 56 years old and honestly, I have never been treated that badly and on top of that not even given a refund or a complementary meal. I am still speechless at this point by the way it was the Arby’s location in Knoxville Tennessee with the ZIP Code of 37919 and was ordered on July 21, 2025 around 11 AM.
