Have had very so-so experiences when I come here. It's usually a toss-up depending on who is working, but for the most part everyone who works is very nice. However, the quality of food varies at times and sometimes it's cold and sometimes it's hot?

I ordered through the app and could not use my gift card and also it was free delivery Monday and I was not given that as well as the delivery person cured me out and also left my food out in the parking lot at my apartments and so I had to physically go to the local Arby’s and then was called a liar there by the manager and the employee so I lost $25 in my gift card and then was charged $35 by Doordash on top of that so all in all I paid over $60 for a simple meal for lunch and even with calling corporate was unable to retrieve a refund and not even a discount. I am 56 years old and honestly, I have never been treated that badly and on top of that not even given a refund or a complementary meal. I am still speechless at this point by the way it was the Arby’s location in Knoxville Tennessee with the ZIP Code of 37919 and was ordered on July 21, 2025 around 11 AM.

Extremely disappointed! I went and placed a pickup order for four combo orders. Two of the four are the quarter pound sweet brisket sandwich. As you can see by the picture it doesn't look anything like it does on the menu or depicted online. The second picture is supposed to be a beef and cheddar. It looks like a smashed grill cheese! Then we go to pick it up we are told they don't have the sweet bbq sauce anymore!!!! So I pay over $12 dollars for a sandwich that looks like a $2 dollar sandwich! I expect a response from the general manager to discuss this. I have tried to call the store multiple times with no answer! If I wasn't home with my children I would drive back up there! This is a disgrace of a sandwich and almost $13 dollars for a combo. Fry containers were not even full. Ohhhh and not one straw with our 4 drinks! Shame on you Arbys!

Just got home and bit into my burger and after 1 small bite it's VERY pink at the edge so it hasn't been fully cooked! I'm not saying I need it well done but damn yall😞 tried calling the store since 5 o'clock traffic is about to hit and I've been up and working since 5am and the phone rings then says something like memory is full, enter access code? Also my potato cakes were definitely fried twice! It really sucks biting into 1 fresh potato cake and then you bite into one that's STALE yet hot because it was dropped into the fryer again to serve customers. Never returning to this location again, if you prove to me one time that you can't cook food then I don't ever want to chance it again🤷‍♀️

Employees were very short with responses and when I finally got my food of course it was wrong and when I asked for the right food they seem irritated to do as such and noticed they had forgotten all of the sauces so I went into the store to get the sauces and even then it seemed like it was way to much work for them to get the sauces that they had forgotten. Most definitely the worst experience I've ever had here. Management should take the time to make sure that the people they have working have a better work ethic and attitude towards customers.

Make sure u tell them u have a coupon first or the girl at the window will tell u u are wrong for not telling her u have a coupon. We have been here multiple times and always have an issue. The food is way over priced so today when I had a coupon I thought I wasn't going to be as upset coming thru the drive-thru but of course there was an attitude given because I dont know their process with coupons. Super disappointed in this place. Fries were cold and I'm tired of paying over price for the wrong food and cold food at that. Do better Arby's.

We love Arby's. Food was good and staff was helpful and friendly. Our order in luded two large fries and I have to say they were a bit skimpy. You can imagine how disappointing that is in drive through. Oh, wish Arby's would get a glute. Free bun.
