Who owns this place… this is not an employee issue. This is a management issue. I refused to leave a bad reward for the last year. At this point, I can’t resist. This place is horrible. Service time is over 20 min. The order is constantly wrong. The franchisee should be removed of all stores owned

Ordered two jamocha shakes and they were NOT mixed. They were just vanilla ice cream with syrup down the sides. GROSS. I hate vanilla. I didn't order a shake to have to try to mix it myself!

The staff and specially the Mgr.is amazing she knows how to run the place. I came with a problem so I thought. It was My Mistake but she smoothed it over and made it feel like nothing happened.Yes I will Come back again and again the food is all it's meant to be hot and good taste it's fast service after you place your order it's on track

After 3 attempts a girl came to take my order then the 3 employees who were swapping stories repeatedly imitated my request for service. Rude. Happened 12/ 31 around 1:00 pm. Was not the first time for no service at register. . I will definitely not go back again.
