Workers are so rude at the window. I ordered medium strawberry lemonade and they never told me it only came in large or kids size. So they gave me the smallest cup. I drank it in 3 sips. Good wasn’t cooked all the way. This place is horrible

I love Arby's, but there are certain locations that do not hold the standard as some of the other locations! The Halls, TN Arby's is not good at all & I have given it a few tries thinking maybe it was an off day!! Nope it's cold fries EVERY TIME!! My order is never correct so I will not be going to this Arby's location anymore!

I wish I had taken a photo I asked for a Turkey BLT I got 2 very thin slices of turkey. The bacon...what I got of it....was like yesterday's, hard as a rock and just 2 tiny little pieces. Not even stripe of bacon. I'm talking 2 pcs , possibly 2" long , and almost black. A very hard tomato and wilted lettuce. I've never actually even order a market fresh sandwich but this was the worst I ever had. It was cut in half, so I took the turkey and bacon and put it on the half piece of bread. That sandwich cost me almost $9.00....wasted my money. If I hadn't been already several miles away , I would have returned to the location as a very unsatisfied customer !!

I'm not sure what's going on with Arby's. We like Arby's but the last four time we have been there it seems to be a issue. Well today, tried it again. Still sucks. The tea was like water, did not get the aujus sauce and asked for extra marinara and didn't get that. The cheese sticks, half of them were burnt. I can maybe understand if they were busy but it wasn't. Might want to remind the person at the drive thru working to start checking the bags before he gives them out at the window.

Will never return to any Arby's they served raw meat and the cashier assured us it was cooked then the manager says so sorry it was pulled to early and it was raw then says well it is cooked just not all the way ???Fries were cold and old seems like no one wants to do there jobs anymore if you eat here CHECK YOU'RE MEAT IS NOT RAW !!!!!!!!
I don't know what I'm supposed to say about Arby's. They have the meats and apparently they just keep adding on meat and meat and meat and meats until eventually they serve every kind of possible sandwich known to man. Not sure why they aren't happy just sticking to what they do best. Food is good service is good it's close it's convenient it's priced right menu has a good selection. It's Arby's if you're walking into Arby's and you don't know what you're getting then that would be kind of weird to me.

I went to this location for lunch with my wife. We go to this location often bc to me it's the best one and the closest. Lucky me! This is a great location bc the food is always hot, fresh, and correct. The restaurant was very clean and stocked (except for the little sauce cups) not a big deal it was right after a lunch rush and I understand. The staff here are always friendly and professional. I would highly recommend this location.
