Went through the drive-through with my grandson. Got a Reuben sandwich and large crinkle fries. Was hands-down the worst Reuben sandwich I’ve ever eaten in my life. It was undersized overpriced, the middle of the bread was soggy, and the outer edges were dried out. The french fries were dried out in the middle and the dog got a treat. My grandson’s chicken sandwich and potato cakes were OK, but he inhaled them so fast who could’ve detected whether it actually tasted good or not. And all this after we waited between seven and 10 minutes to get the food at the drive-through window. I will not be going back to this Arby’s location.

During my recent visit, the drive-thru employee was not only unprofessional but also attempted to charge me over $20 for just two sandwiches, one fry, and one drink—an amount that clearly does not reflect your usual pricing.
The lack of product knowledge and basic customer service from the employee was concerning. If this is a reflection of how this location is being managed, I’m afraid it will continue to drive customers away. I’ve been a loyal customer, but this experience makes me question whether I’ll return.
I hope this feedback is taken seriously and addressed promptly.

I ate here yesterday. AND I got food poisoning. Non stop throwing up, I didn't get any sleep last night and I am having to miss work now because of it. Don't eat here for your own sake. I feel like I am dying. I feel like I got run over by a truck.
