Food was good, was 630 on a Saturday evening, slow and took forever to get food in the drive through. I am not certain why but totally cramped my style.

Went in there to order food and we ordered a double burger which was burnt really bad it was black no tomatoes on it and it had the sauce on it and I didn’t want it the guy making the sandwiches was slow and rude won’t be back

If not the staff's fault for this bad review its management. I waited nearly 30 minutes at the drive-thru to even place an order then receive a less than satisfactory order once it was finished. There was only two staff members working and they were trying to fulfill a large online order. So everybody waiting in line had to wait for these internet orders to be completed while customers are sitting in their cars waiting to order. Very lack of planning for Staffing for the store hurts the stuff that's working there because it's not their fault food I like the red ranch sauce on the beef and cheddar I asked for extra and I didn't even get any on my sandwich. If there was any it wasn't much and the extra red Ranch was not given in my potato cakes for very lukewarm. Having to wait this long I would say my order would be made very well but it's not what I expected. I did not want fast food hamburgers and junk I wanted the potato cakes in a good beef and cheddar. This situation is blamed on management not being there to male these two staff members out and keep them from getting people mad at them for the lack of Staffing

Chase and Alexis who’s on night crew were the only two inside last night they were responsible and respectful of time by being up front about the wait which wasn’t long and all my food was fresh hot and neat

So went in and started off with a sweet tea and a beef and cheddar. Changed my mind to where I wanted the meal. After paying noticed in my ticket was the sweet tea in addition to the meal. Asked for a simple refund on the sweet tea that I did not get because the meal replaced it. The guy at the counter stated “we don’t do refunds” 😑. Finally after asking TWICE for a refund I asked for the manager who was more than happy to refund my $4 large sweet tea. Ended up happy but the general cashier was cocky, rude, and adamant that they did not do refunds even at their mess up. Not sure if I’ll be ordering from here again.

Ordered 1 sm curly fry and 1 jamocha shake...girl was not friendly, did not inform us there was a wait on the fries even after we got to the window she just took our money and shut the windows! Not a single word that we had a wait, not to mention a full 5 min wait! Had we known we would not have ordered them! Not 1 time in the 5 min we sat at the window did she communicate with us! Wasn't like they were busy either! We were the only car in the drive thru for the first 3 of the 5 min! Worst service I have ever received here! This girl needs a new job!

It's Arby's. You know the menu, you know the food. This location is clean most of the time, and staffed so you aren't waiting forever for your food for your 30 min lunch break.

Fast & fresh. Didn’t have a long wait at all I also do an online/app order for this reason. The new BBQ sandwich is good, I got the spicy sauce. It’s a big packet so there was plenty.
