Ordered beef & cheddar meal. Was given about 5 fries & sandwich had nothing but meat on the bun, no cheese or anything else. Came back to get order fixed & waited about 15 minutes for my food without anyone apologizing. Was given 2 complimentary meal tickets which have a 2022 expiration. Asked for a refund which no one acknowledged. No apologies & made to feel like I was the problem. Definitely will never return. Service used to be great at this location.

This is my boyfriend and my favorite Arby's in Knoxville. The staff are amazing and we eat here at least once per week.
An extremely rude person took our order. When we got to the window, we were told to pull up and wait on the curly fries. Nearly 15 minutes later, they were brought to us and practically slung at us.Upon arriving back home, we could tell that these roast beef sandwiches were very thin and after the wait on the fries, were naturally going to be cold. Not only were they pathetically thin and cold...THE BUN IS BURNT!!! See pictures below of what this establishment calls food.Arby's does have the meat...and they're keeping it, because they damn sure ain't putting it on your sandwich!!!Do not go here if you're hungry, because you're still going to be hungry with the linger of burnt bread in your mouth.Don't just skip this place, SPEED PAST IT!!!

I'm done eating here got the worst food ever today this is the worst Arby's around here the buns were burnt there was a pathetic little pile of beef on the sandwich also got a fish sandwich the fish was old my dog wouldn't even eat it and it had mushy old tomato on it barely any tartar sauce and brown lettuce do yourself a favor and go somewhere else and I'm still pissed about getting rid of the potato cakes as far as I'm concerned they can go out of business and it wouldn't hurt my feelings a bit.
They were great. Had 4 separate orders and they even helped me carry it to me truck! Will definitely be going back to this Arby’

If I could give no stars for service and atmosphere I would. Employees turned around and looked at me like, "what are you doing here?" Including the night manager. The cashier only spoke when asking what I wanted. I stood there staring at the ground assuming (probably my fault) that she would give me my total. After about 30 seconds I looked up and she was staring at me like I was stupid. I told her I was sorry I was waiting for her to say something. Maybe I'm old school and expect at least a, "your total is..." I paid got my food and not even a thank you or have a nice night. I then went to the counter and asked if they could turn the news station off or at least mute it. I was told no they can't find the remote to that television. So I guess that television always is on? I would've moved but that would've put me to the guy loudly belching. No thank you. I'll never go to the Clinton Hey Arby's again

Just went through the drive-through and a Young guy named Isaiah waited on me. It’s the best customer service I’ve had in years. It was very refreshing. The food was delicious also. Thanks Arby’s.
