I ordered on the app. Got to the restaurant and they didn't have my order on the computer. No one there would lift a finger to figure what's going on. I showed them the confirmation email but still no assistance. That's just wonderful. I paid for food that someone else probably ate! Probably won't be back to this place. Manager just said, "nothing I can do". That told me everything I need to know about what kind of people are running this joint!

It's fine unless you order online and have to go inside. You get ignored by the older lady with the walker then when she does acknowledge you you get attitude. If you go through the drive through there are no issues.
Best service ever! Had a small mistake with our food, beef was sliced to thick, the problem was fixed so quickly and graciously. This is how a store should be ran!! Tasted great, hot fresh and such amazing customer service. Finally an Arby's to be proud of!!

For a fast food place this is a very good restaurant. The service was quick and the employees friendly. The store building was clean and easy to find with plenty of parking. Probably a best fast food option if you are stopping or staying at this exit.

Arbys is a safe place to break from normal fast food. The sandwiches definitely dont look like pictures on the menu but still a better choice than most fast food. Staff is friendly and the restaurant is always clean. Still missing the potato cakes.
I don't usually give shout outs at fast food places. In this case it is worth investing a moment to point out the superior customer service from the counter person, Ian. Young Ian had a pleasant demeanor and was very polite and courteous. This far from the norm amongst counter servers.

As good as fast food gets. I was waited on right away, the food was plentiful and priced right. The Reuben sandwich could use a little less bread or more of everything else. The thick rye bread really takes over.

I've bn to 2 Arby's lately while working both times the girls basically throw your bag at you close the drive thru window an lock it like they scares if they're that scared there's a church near both an one the heck one is next to the police department basically an the tbi is down the street quit acting like this what if you got my order wrong or something you don't even give a chance for me to confirm it now if something is missing or wrong now I have to park an walk in lord forbid you have to work as well that's the problem from jefferson Co to Knox Co everyone wants top dollar but nobody wants to really work for it good grief
