If I could rate 0 stars I would. Absolutely the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Nobody greets you when you walk up to order. You have to wait forever and when they do come up to take your order they just stare at you.

Arby’s is always consistently good fast food. The menu changes slightly from season to season. I prefer the French Dip or classic roast beef sandwich (available in different sizes), waffle fries, & cherry turnover.
I normally like Arby's, but this one was definitely the worst one I've ever been to. We waited over 20 minutes just for them to take our order. Seemed like all they cared about was the drive through, probably because that's what they get measured on. If they don't take the inside orders, the timer doesn't start. I can't tell you how many people came in, waited a few minutes, saw nothing was moving, and left.
