Server was rude and siged repeatedly while I was ordering like my order at 1pm was a huge inconvenience for him. Waited and waited in line behind another vehicle ended up leaving after over 10 minutes and drove to the other Arby's 10 minutes away. Server was very friendly there.

Got the half pound Beef and cheddar and it was scrap meat short of a half pound and tasted like it had been marinated in ash tray. Garbage.

Some days i go after work and the service is great and so is the food, thats usually on weekends when they have more traffic, they’re never super busy. During the weekdays half the time when i’ve gone like two hours before close they will have an attitude and an excuse to why they can’t make food, like yall have two more hours i get it if it was 15 minutes but come on.

The past 3 times in 2 weeks I have tried to go through the drive through and every time the have an excuse why they can’t prepare food. Today was the last time I will ever try to go there. The guys came out high on something with his glossy eyes and pinpoint pupils and said we can’t prepare any food at this time and you don’t even want to know why. I would have gave 0 stars but that isn’t an option

Luke warm potato cakes Bacon Swiss Chicken sandwich nothing like picture thin slice of chicken dried out and almost warm no telling how long it had been sitting Drive thru employee seemed to be trying hard but looked and sounded overwhelmed almost 25 minutes just to get through line

I came thru the drive thru and ask for a slider meal. Got back to work and I was given 1 roast beef slider 1 sm curly fry and a Dr. pepper. $12 later I call and they don’t even have a slider meal. lol weird

My friend ordered several of us roast beef sandwiches tonight. When she got back with them the meat was grinded up like dog food and placed on the bun like they were too lazy to do it correctly. Tried to call and speak to manager but of course no answer. Wouldn't recommend eating at this one. We deff won't be.

Service was pretty bad, the lady at the front counter was confused about everything and could not get anything together. There was only 2 of us in line and she was really overwhelmed. It was absolutely freezing on the inside months point I could not sit there and enjoy my food.
