Make sure you check your bag before you leave the drive thru or you may get swindled. We purchased our food and when we got home we realized we were missing one of our sandwiches. We called immediately to let them know and the guy said we could come back and get it or give them our name and he would replace it next time we ordered. This was a mobile order that was placed. We ordered again this evening and asked about the sandwich and was told without the receipt they would not replace it even though we were told they would. It was their mistake and they didn't honor what we were told. It will be our last time doing business here. Just be careful they don't honor what they tell you.

The restaurant was clean but there food service sucks.i went in around 6 pm tonight manager outside on phone an went in placed my order I got a half pound roast beef sandwich an a Hawaiian fish sandwich that was not in my bag I got a double beef sandwich an a curly fry an a brisket sandwich. What a waste 20 down the drain had to throw it away. Customer Service socks no warm greetings or no thank you come back an see us none not even a smile like what's really going on inside that store won't be back

The drive thru was very slow and the person tht was running the drive thru was very rude. They were very short and had a horrible attitude. You could tell they did not like tht job and didn't want to be there. It made us feel like we were being rushed to get out of there. We asked for honey mustard and the drive thru window got slammed in our faces over it. It was the worst experience I've had personally with fast food in a very long time.

They were out of roast beef again. I may just stop going. The food is delicious, but it's like a pizza place being out of cheese.
We couldn't dine in. Despite the posted hours on the door, it was locked.

This arbys location is a joke. Employees make their own hours here apparently. I can't tell you how many times I've driven to this location BEFORE the posted midnight closing hour, pull up to the order box and I might as well be talking to the wall. And by some slim chance someone does come to the order box they are having system issues....again.......
Save yourself the trouble and just drive down to cedar bluff arbys,it's amazing.

My chicken sandwich was hard, dry, cold, bun, cheese, and bacon all cold. This has been my constant experience in this Arby's l. Overall, it is clean and quiet, your greated fine. Good service but food is no good so far.

Pulled up at 845 pm . Every person that works there is out back smoking crack I guess. They had the drive thru screen off and advised there waiting on a call from to get things back going. And it they would be closed by the time it came back up. Drive around the building and all huddled up smoking.
