Service was pretty bad, the lady at the front counter was confused about everything and could not get anything together. There was only 2 of us in line and she was really overwhelmed. It was absolutely freezing on the inside months point I could not sit there and enjoy my food.

Definitely needs updating and their outside ordering screen fixed, has been out a long time, not the employees fault though. Everyone I've encountered has great customer service, but it can be slow at the drive thru, especially waiting for someone to acknowledge you're there, having said that, food always comes out hot and fresh so worth the wait in my opinion

Drive thru employee seemed to be trying hard but looked and sounded overwhelmed almost 25 minutes just to get through line
