Asia Cafe - Cedar Bluff

Extremely rude and entitled, ordered soup a few times and was weirded out by their rudeness. Prices out of control, was actually going to give in and order something, went to the door Friday night at 9:26 p.m. sign on the door says open but the doors were locked. They will not answer the phone and for some reason it stinks like sewage out front. Also they were about five customers inside and one group of people with two children that were literally hitting each other and running around the place. I promise you anyone leaving five stars are the same people that think chewies is Mexican food.

And for those of you who are excited about their giant menu, guess what, that means you cannot make any quality food and you have many items expiring in what I am sure is already a disgustingly dirty refrigerator.

Glad you can afford that brand new remodel by ripping people off.

Ordered delivery and received it earlier than the time it was supposed to arrive. Got exactly what I ordered. The food was great. Beef and broccoli, chicken lo mein, wonton soup, mushroom soup and spring rolls.

The food was awesome. I ordered the hibachi grill combo plate with chicken and shrimp, and it came with a really good portion of rice, veggies, and protein. They also include complimentary soup with the plate, and the hot and sour soup was honestly so good. My whole order was around $15 and it’s totally worth it. Only downside: everything was a bit too salty, so I’d suggest adding a note to use less salt.

I was looking for a sit down Chinese restaurant and have driven past this place an bunch of times. I gave it a try and I was not disappointed. I was excited to see that they are adding in a hibachi! Staff is nice as well. Definitely Will return.

Odd entrance to the restaurant. Needs better signage to direct to back entrance.

Everything is delicious and freshly-made, and they're very very fast for takeout orders. The Tom Kha soup is my favorite. It's a little hotter than you're expecting but try it anyway.

We had a wonderful Christmas Day dining experience at Asia Café (Town & Country location) in Knoxville! From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming—exactly what you hope for on a holiday. The staff was friendly, patient, and attentive, even though they were clearly working hard on a busy Christmas Day.

The food was excellent: fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. Every dish came out hot and tasted just as good as it looked. Portions were generous, and everything felt thoughtfully made, not rushed. It was especially nice to enjoy such high-quality food on a day when many places are closed.

What really stood out was how smoothly everything ran despite the holiday rush. The service remained kind and efficient, and we never felt hurried. Asia Café made our Christmas Day feel special and stress-free.

The food is good but I won’t be giving them anymore service. Put in an online order and showed up 5 minutes before it was suppose to be ready for pickup. When I walked in there was 2 tables of people there so they weren’t busy at all. The lady said they were still working on it and it would be just a minute, I said okay thanks and sat down to wait. Waited over 30 minutes for the food to finally get done all for her to hand me the bag and tell me they were out of the noodles for something I ordered so she just refunded that part. A place with good service would’ve notified me of that when I got there and I could’ve chosen something else instead not have me wait for 30 minutes to not even get everything we ordered. I would’ve just canceled the whole thing if I hadn’t already paid the $80 online. Shitty service.
