The Food was Great tasted wonderful, however the cashier was not pleasant No Smile kinda on the rude side. Did not offer Napkins just Give me money. Doesn't make you want to come back.
The staff is okay. Not rude but okay. I needed food quickly so I could get back to work. I ordered food and it was hot and tasted good. Where I have a problem is that I paid $15 for bourbon chicken and rice and they don't even offer up water from the soda dispenser. You have to pay around $3 extra for a bottle of water which would've brought my total to eat lunch in the mall up to almost $20. The fact that you can't even get a small cup of water with a $15 combination is ridiculous and really bad buisness. I won't be eating here again.
Crab ragoons are crab ragoons when they actually have crab and not all bread. Sorry but you need more in it. Especially for the price
The food is good and hot. It’s $10 for one side and one meat but it’s a huge portion. The noodles are some of the best I’ve ever had and the bourbon chicken is my favorite to get from here.
Good food for the price, mall food Asian food.
Stopped with my kids the other day and decided to grab food here after getting a sample of the bourbon chicken. Came back and got a plate with bourbon chicken and orange chicken. Was shocked when I was told the plate was $15.28. Looked back at the menu and thought, yeah it’s only $10.99 how did it jump so high. I didn’t order a drink or any extras. Finally noticed the menu is set up and shows the first option as one entree and one side, two sides, and one entree, and then two entrees and one side, like it’s done intentionally to catch people off guard.
I decided to go ahead and pay it since I already had my kids lunch from Taco Bell. Then I asked if either of the sauces contained any orange as my kids are allergic and I just wanted to be sure if they could have a bite or not (for reference, panda expresses orange chicken does not contain any orange). It took three employees who did not understand the question (or English in general it seems) and nearly ten minutes to finally get the answer and my food because they kept trying to take it away.
Never again. In the end, my kids cold Taco Bell leftovers tasted better.

They ask what drink you want without saying it costs extra ($3 for like 24oz), and this price isn't listed on the menu. I was also told the shrimp sauce was free but it rung up as $0.50. These folks are swindlers.

Good food but they give extremely smaller portions, I know times are rough but sheesh.

Place will nickel and dime you for everything! This is after being able to get a refill once after being charged $4 for 90% ice. NEXT!

My husband bought shrimp and chicken from here and within 10 minutes of eating it had a terrible reaction, eyes literally swollen shut had to go to the dr this morning. Said since he consumes all these foods normally without this reaction it was most likely something in the food. Approach with caution.
The lady running the register was super rude when I asked for a cup of water to drink with my food. After I paid, she angrily said they don't do that while giving me a mean look.
I've never had this bad of an experience here and I will honestly just go to the other Asian restaurant in the food court in the future.
