The employees are rude and the managers are incompetent. Don't waste your time or $$ at this place.

I asked for a cup of tap water to go with the $15+ order. I was told that the water is contaminated that I would have to buy a bottled water. I said I felt like their statement was a total lie and the employee began to belittle and humiliate me.

I’ll never be back, they lost my future business.

This branch in Knoxville Tennessee is not so pleasant as the person who served me was weird. He was making this strange sound. When he took my order his face had zero smile and the tone of his voice was like you are bothering him in his siesta time. It was my third time to buy from this branch and that day the cinnamon sugar on my pretzel was not enough to give it a flavor. There was also waay too much ice on my drinks. I know the difference between too much ice and enough ice when ordering drinks but this was too much. Where is the quality control here?

Nevertheless the staff who took my order understood what exactly I ordered and did not make any mistake.

You have to clean a space so you can have a place to sit down and eat your order. I was there for almost an hour and saw nobody staff willing to go out and at least wipe the tables

I bought a pretzel there, and a glass of cinnamon bits, the service is poor so for that reason I didn't leave tips, and today I realize that they charged tips to my card, how is such theft possible?

Tried two flavors of the frozen drink. Got the mango and strawberry one. The strawberry wasn't as creamy as the mango. Overly sweet on the drink would have been better if I got just a milkshake from another place. The best item was the mini dogs with cheese sauce.

The gal who gave us our food did not put on gloves. She did use tongs, but used her bare hands to open the bag. Gross! I was shocked at the prices - WAY too high. We took our pretzels home & the $10 bucket of pretzel nuggets we bought had a big hair in the bottom - and it was not ours as it didn’t match any of our hair. Disgusting!!!! I have tried calling & calling the store & the corporate office and either the numbers are bad, or nobody answers. I will never go to this disgusting place again!! Beware!

The lady at the counter told me she would be a minute so after waiting around 5 minutes I concluded she had something more important to do. Of course, there were 10 employees behind her. Could they take my order? Of course not. Maybe it was time for her break and had better things to do..

Watched the cashier handled cash and not change the gloves before using them to serve food. Did this with several customers so who knows when she actually put the gloves on. Walked away without ordering anything, not risking E. coli. for a pretzel!

While I was deciding what to ask for the young man asked how my day was. He helped me with my choices. Everything I bought was delicious. This was my first time at Auntie Anne’s. I will be back. Thank you.
