They have VEGAN cheese! We love this pizza! The staff are very friendly and accommodating. They have a real brick pizza oven and the food turns out amazing everytime.

Extremely slow. Extremely. 30 minutes from order for a single 8” pizza. Only one person making pizza.

pizza was alright (if not a little overpriced but that’s whatever), the service however …
i get not liking your job, but that doesn’t mean you can’t be a little nicer to the people you’re serving :)

Easily the worst pizza in Knoxville. Prepare to pay premium prices for it to ultimately end up in the trash. Might be burned, might be raw, might be both. Not to mention customer presence seems to really inconvenience these guys. Don't waste your money.

We’re here right now, and got the pesto pizza. It tastes like a bag of frozen spinach. My brother took it back immediately and asked to either have a refund or maybe have just a pepperoni pizza made instead. The guy working said there was NOTHING HE COULD DO. You’re got to be kidding. I’ve been a kitchen cook, a cashier, a server, a bartender and a manager and a plethora of other positions while working in restaurants, and let me tell you, there is ALWAYS something to be done. Really lousy first time experience. And we left a tip when we paid! For what? To be unceremoniously denied any remediation for a pizza we did not like. Definitely never eating here again, but the bartenders right across from them are fantastic! They could learn a thing or two about customer service from them. What a colossal waste of money. I’d get a better pizza from little caesars for a quarter of the price.

This was my second visit and both visits have been simply underwhelming, unfortunately. I want to love this place, but they either get my order wrong and overcook my pie, or they don't balance the toppings and slightly undercook my pie. I love their pizza over and that style of crust, but they have a looooong way to go before I can claim that they are of high value and consistency. I will point out that the service has been excellent upon every visit. I'll try it again and hope for some refinement and improvements.

I do not agree with the people here, my pizza was very good, one of my favorites in Knoxville. Crust was perfect, fresh cheese, delicious sauce. If you want papa John’s go order it…. Don’t take to reviews because you don’t know what you want.

Me and my partner decided to dine here for lunch, she ordered the vols pizza and I ordered the pepperoni. Overall I’d say their pizza scores a solid 4.6/10. The dough is under cooked, as well as the cheese. Redeeming qualities; the cheese is very fresh as well as the pepperonis and toppings. The undercarriage is very lacking, most likely from trying to get the order out as fast as possible. However for the price point i’d expect quality over quantity. My partner mentioned that they were extremely heavy handed with the buffalo sauce, it overwhelmed any flavor in her pizza.

Service was great, but I found pizza was too salty. It had a great flavor, just too salty for my taste.

We order the large margarita pizza for our children and after a few bites they didn’t want to eat. When we had a bite, we realized it was full of salt and hence they refused to have their favorite food. We raised it to the restaurant staff and all they said was you are the second person today saying that it has too much salt. That’s it! No apology, no correction, no make-it-right! We were shocked with such customer service. Very disappointed and waste of our money as the pizzas are expensive.

Service was really good. I got the vegano pizza, I don't know if it's a vegan thing or what but for some reason they dumped a ton of sea salt on it and it was so salty it burned my mouth, but that seems to be normal for the south (vegans must look salt deprived). My partner's prosciutto pizza was apparently pretty good other than being overly cheesed and thus the crust was slightly under cooked. They remade one that didn't look right to them when they pulled it out without us even asking, so they're at least trying to put out quality food.
Vegetarian options: Just make sure to tell them light cheese and no salt.

Not good pizza. Sauce was ok and the dough tasted great, but it was undercooked, sauce was way too heavy and there was too much cheese for a Neapolitan (which is probably why the crust was under done).
Price for a personal size was $13. Will not likely ever try again.

Ordered for delivery through UberEats. Food was delayed when the courier went to pick it up, but since I wasn't there, I can't rate based on that. What I can rate on is the fact that the pizzas were absolutely awful. We threw them away after a couple of bites and ordered from somewhere else because we wanted real pizza. I've heard of getting burnt edges on the pepperoni, but these were blackened over most of their surface area. Only the ones fully covered by cheese were spared. The crust was that "rustic" and inconsistent style that doesn't have any uniformity, leading to burned patches, dry patches, and leaving the entire bottom looking like it was dragged across the coals without any of that usual wood-fired charm. The basil was completely cremated, disintegrating when touched with a bitter and unpleasant flavor. A complete waste of money and a massive disappointment. Will not be ordering from again and I recommend you try somewhere like Brenz, Jaboni's, or Mellow Mushroom if you're wanting some high quality pizza. I didn't bother with pictures because by the time I thought of even bothering to write a review, we had chucked them in the trash. If you don't want to take my word for it, feel free to try for yourself, but don't be shocked when you get your food and say "hey, I think that review was right about this place being bad at pizza".

Employees were rude and seemed to be mad to have to do their job. I’ve had better frozen pizza than what they sell. They put twice the amount of cheese as there is dough in the pizza. Way too overpriced for some shitty pizza.
Parking: Parking is also a scam here.
