This place has really gone downhill. I used to order from here all the time and now I'm done. I recently placed an order for delivery. They forgot the ranch and the side of queso I paid extra for. You have to get extra protein for it to be near enough for the chips. A little while after I finished eating my stomach started to hurt and feel upset. I couldn't sleep that night due to the stomach pain. Something was wrong with this food. It's extremely rare for food to upset my stomach.

We went in close to closing time 11/27/23 and ordered togo. The guys in there were super friendly. The food was also delicious but I would go back again just for the awesome service!

Barberitos in West Knoxville used to be my favorite California Style Restaurant in town. I would go out of my way to get food from there. Their Cheese Dip is so creamy and tasty. Everything on the Menu is fully customizable. For Example; Burrito Bowl, Burrito, Quesadilla, Nachos, Salad, Tacos, Mini Burrito, Kidsadilla, Fajita Burrita, J*** Fish Tacos, Vegan Burrito, California Burrito, and and the Lil'Barbs (Kids Menu). Their restaurant is clean, plenty of parking, Wheelchair accessible as well, and The Staff are friendly & helpful.Dietary restrictions: I am on a High Protein Diet and they were able to accommodate for my needs.Parking: Lots of Parking & Handicap spacesWheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible

Have previously enjoyed this place… Quesadillas contained way too much cheese and were barely cooked. Folded all up and stuck to themselves and glued to the parchment paper. Greasy, tasteless, and unappetizing. Didn’t finish mine. Hard shell tacos for the kids were falling apart less than 5 minutes after they were made. Couldn’t hold them. Chips and salsa were good but that was it.

Professional and courteous employees. The food is tasty and fresh. The atmosphere is west Knoxville with a bit of 1970's California Beach feel. Outdoor seating is available on an ungated patio. Dogs are welcome outside. Try the Friday fish taco. It's grilled instead of fried, but pretty tasty regardless. Enjoy!
