I love bearden nutrition! my siblings and I have been going here since it opened in 2018, it was a safe haven for us during covid and a fun activity for us to bike to! Everyone inside is so nice and helpful and honest, and their story is so compelling. Are there some shakes that don’t taste exactly the same as the super sugary dessert they are supposed to match? sure! but even my 9 year old brother can understand that maybe a healthy replacement to brownie batter isn’t going...
