This place has outrageous prices. And the food isn't even that good! Plus the wait time in this place is ridiculous. I stood in line for about 20 mins, and then waited on my food another 15-20 mins. And the burger I ordered wasn't even cooked all the way! Next time I visit the zoo I'll definitely be packing a lunch!

Very dirty even when it's not very busy. Cashier was curt, bordering on rude.

Walked across the park for them not to be open on 6/25 after 11am. However, no food was available in the zoo at this time due to a WiFi issue. A sign on the door would have been an appropriate solution

Bought two kids cheeseburgers and two adult cheeseburgers. They are the exact same. So, if you get a chessburger, just get the kids one. Also, $60 for cheeseburgers and drinks is really steep for the quality of food. Nothing remarkable and paper straws.

The cheeseburger sits and gets cold before they serve it to you

Great place to take a respite from the heat. We typically pack in our own lunch and grab a Chicken Tenders basket to split.4 Chicken Tenders and fries for $10.36 with the membership discount. My kids gobbled up the fries and tenders—very tasty seasoning for both. High praise, indeed, I can never get the four of them to agree on anything, lol.The pricing for the menu is typical mark-up for similar locations in theme parks. $10-14 for adult meals, $8 for kids meals. Drinks are not included, which I appreciate because it allows folks to select a glass of water if desired.
