Great food I had the Original Flight ( various degrees of hot sauce ) with boneless wings and the Loaded fries that I shared with my mom with a Pepsi zero to drink , very friendly staff , they also gave me some of their hose made ranch to go

We have enjoyed BKW each time we visited. So many sauce options! They will not sauce the wings for you, so you must dip them. For me, I can try many more flavors that way.

The wings and fries were good the services was great We tried 4 sauces all were good but the sauce that's maple something had a lot of gritt and powder. Potato salad was OK the kids burger was pretty good. Over all it was a good meal and a good time atleast at the location we went to.

Having been a customer for at least 12 years this was the worst .
The pork sliders lacked flavor the amount of spicy slaw on each slider was like a teaspoonful. Not enough to moisten rhe dry pork and bread. The boneless wings were below average at best. It appears there were HUGE kitchen issues yesterday.
To top it all off I tried to call and speak to a manager the voicemail was full. When I tried to reach a live person the phone directed me to voicemail or disconnected me 3 times. They have lost my business.

First, I prefer the West Knoxville location. But we tried the Farragut location for the first time today. The atmosphere is better and the food is prepared better in West Knoxville. All of our food was saturated in their dry seasoning which has to be 95% salt and 5% spices. This was my wife and daughters first time eating BKW and they looked at me like I was an idiot after spending $105 for 4 people. The majority of our food wasn’t eaten as it was just too salty. The waitress didn’t appear to want to provide any support other than say that’s the seasoning they put on everything. I know. I’d need to begin high blood pressure meds to eat here again. And for the reply coming, no way we’d spend more money here after the first impression.

BKW is my favorite place for wings and loaded fries. I have heard their other food is excellent as well, but when I get a hankering for wings, it's hard not ordering them. I really enjoy traditional, fire dry rub, and they have a lot of dipping sauces to choose from. Hot Honey is my goto, but I haven't had a flavor I didn't like.
The staff has always been excellent! I look forward to seeing their smiles and talking to them. The manager always checks in to make sure everything is perfect.

Wonderful food and service. Good size for chicken wings. First time having a wrap and it was delicious! Pig skins are awesome!

Very, very loud when busy, like a jet engine roar kind loud, food flavor was good, the bone in wings were small without much meat on them, it may be all they can get right now, but seemed smaller than hooters wing night wings. The waitress took the order down correctly and the kitchen messed it up, and time it was right.
