The food is really good and cheap! You get a lot of food for a really good price. The ribs and greens beans were good! The service was great as well.
Excellent food and service. Thankyou

We went to the mall to walk and have dinner last night. We had never seen this place but decided to try it out! I had the pulled pork sandwich with cornbread and chips, and my husband had the pulled pork sandwich with cornbread, baked beans and coleslaw. It was very good southern BBQ. I loved the sweet cornbread because it was just the right amount of sweet and not dry. It was a very good change from your typical mall food court options. They are locally owned and not a chain and a great place to take a break from the busyness of the mall. They are located just across from Great American Cookie Company next to the Cinnebare entrance. The customer service was amazing! I highly recommend this restaurant, and we will be back!

Staff was very polite and professional. Food was amazing! Only thing was listening to classical music while eating. But if you looking for the food for the evening, event, or even the munchies this is the place. Bang for the buck we will definitely be ordering from here again.

Met the owner coming down the elevator at the movie theater next door—she was a delight. You don’t often meet people anymore that make you want to go patronize their business! Service and food was lovely—try the croffle (croissant waffle), you won’t regret it.

I came in to try the croffle (croissant waffle) out of curiosity, and it’s really good! There are different toppings you can get including chocolate, whipped cream, and different types of fruit. I highly recommend if you have a sweet tooth and like to try new things. There’s also a bbq croffle for those who would like to try the item but prefer savory over sweet

This comes in #1 place for the worst brisket i’ve ever had the displeasure of tasting, the meat is slimy, lean, dry, yet wet like someone wiped it off with a soaked paper towel. No flavor, it really is the worst i’ve had. The milkshake was tasty

I never ever bother to review a restaurant but this one felt needed. I feel bad because the woman running the joint was so incredibly friendly, but dang. Really really not understanding all the reviews here. I am a touring musician from NYC and a bit of a barbecue enthusiast, so as someone from a place with a major lack of good barbecue, I always make it my mission to eat as much pulled pork as possible any time I’m touring in the south. I needed a meal as I passed through Knoxville, and I saw a zillion outstanding reviews of this place, so I figured I’d try it, even though I much prefer a hole in the wall or roadside environment to eat my barbecue in, rather than an enormous shopping mall. I ordered the pulled pork, baked beans, cornbread, and a “fresh squeezed” lemonade. Honestly, nothing on the plate was good. The pork was dry and had no smokiness to it, the sauce was mediocre at best, the beans just tasted like sugar and also had no smokiness to them, the cornbread was ok I guess but tasted like any old piece of cornbread. The lemonade was insanely sweet to the point that I could only drink it after eating the beans, so I already had that sweetness to mask the sugar of the lemonade. All around, strange environment for barbecue, super sweet and helpful waitress, but food I would never recommend. This is a warning to other travelers to avoid this place. I wish the owner luck though as she seemed very sweet.
