The pricing is just wack for what you get. $19.75 for two thin patties (think Freddy’s) a handful of waffle fries and a soda is absolutely outrageous. Tried this place when they first opened and then today. Won’t be back. You can play their games for free which is nice however I’d rather go to Token and pay to play real games. The ones they have are the all in one machines you can buy on Amazon. Meh mediocre experience at best.

If this place were in Nashville it would be one of the best (smash)burger joints - but the menu goes way beyond great burgers. And I got to level 5 on Pac-Man - video games are free! Got the mega man with waffle fries. Great staff too.

Found a long blonde hair in my fiance's food, neither of us are blonde, and none of the chefs were blonde. We called, and they did not even offer to refund. Just apologized and said 'thanks for letting us know'. It would have been nice to get a refund for the food we couldn't eat. As well, the lady working up front gave us extreme attitude when we were checking for pineapple in a barbecue sauce, as that is a common ingredient, and he has a severe pineapple allergy. Food was alright, pretty expensive for what it is. Butterbeer shake was pretty good though.

We got the BLT and the bacon was not close to being cooked. My daughters chicken strips were overcooked and tasted like old oil. Not a pleasant experience

The burgers are great, definitely recommend them…but the shakes are absolutely amazing!!! You must try them if you visit Bit Burger. Fantastic creative desserts.

Loved the decor, and my kids and I enjoyed the multiple arcades that we could play for free. The staff was extremely polite and helpful. The smash burgers were very tasty, and I recommend the chili cheese tots as a side. Highly recommend it!

Great burgers and shakes. The feel and vibe of the place was like an early 80's hangout burger joint. Would go back.

The food was good but they forgot about me. I ordered tots a burger and fries. I got the burger and fries quickly and they were good and was told my tots would be out shortly. However after 40 minutes from time of order I went to the counter to ask about them and they had forgotten. The lady asked the folks making the food and I watched them just take tots off of someone else’s plate, put them in a to go box and then turn around and hand it to me. 3/5

The waiter we had was super friendly and helpful. I don't know her name but she was there around mid-day with a goth/emo asthetic. Loved her. The food was amazing and we loved playing on the free machines while waiting for the food. It was for my dad's be-lated father's day and he had a blast. :)

This is a quick and easy go-to for place for lunch during the work week. One complaint is the way many hand-held options are dressed or drizzled, they don't lend themselves to being picked up. And the plastic wear is too flimsy to help in cutting it.

Very cool if you are into the retro pop culture vibe, but we waited 35 minutes for our food. They had lots of Door Dash orders that took priority.
