Hot and messy like a good burger should be.The corned beef on the cob Kaiser is a thicker #2 cut and has a really good flavor, bread was not overly rye and had a good flavor.The blue bomber was definitely blue and very delicious.You can order at the table or at the register. We are old school so we had to walk to the register.The pickles came out quick. Hot and kinda spicy. We noshed them all.But then there was a bit of a wait on the rest of the food.Von Kaiser came out first with more wait for the blue bomber. Kinda awkward waiting for the other person's food to come so you can start eating. The tots were already not hot when they got to the table so the extra wait just made it worse.R didn't get his unsweetened tea and the only diet was coke. Water. Soda water.But all in all good flavors. Very busy place.Good atmosphere.They do a very brisk business with Togo orders.Other than bringing food to the table, there's no table service.It's was a good dinner. We will be back.

Food was good, milkshakes were wild and the atmosphere was a ton of fun. Had a work lunch there with my team and we had a great time eating and playing the arcade games. I look forward to going back.Kid-friendliness: This is a wonderful place to bring kids or anyone who enjoys playing arcade games and looking at comic books. I believe they also may have a selection of board games. This would have been the perfect place for me when I was growing up.

I absolutely loved coming here probably a new favorite and reason for me to want to drive the hour and a half to Knoxville . I know some people mentioned you can order at the table but you do have the option to order at the register so it's really up to you on how you want to order. The food wad great I loved the crunchy tots the shakes was so good I probably could have just gotten that ? I would recommend a stop here for a laid back fun environment.

I asked for no bun, I as not told they only have shredded lettuce. Asked for extra pickles, none came. Tried to charge me for a side that was supposed to be included. The meat was flat hard and overcooked. The whipped cream on the shake was old. Conclusion… overpriced for food that was below a McDonalds quality.

The cookie monster milkshake was amazing! ? the burger and Parmesan garlic waffle fries were okay. The fries were a little crispy and the burger patty was WAY too big for the bun. I wish the onions were a little more cooked. But the whole experience and vibe of the place is so fun! The customer service was incredible!Kid-friendliness: Fun old games to try out and play!
