This is my go-to location and I generally have a good experience. On Sunday August 17 at 11:15 am, there was completely terrible customer service. It was obvious the staff were overwhelmed and customers can understand needing to wait a little longer. What I can’t understand is staff not acknowledging customers waiting in line for 15-20 minutes, and when I said something, no one made eye contact or said anything. I don’t even think that’s customer service training - acknowledging human beings and treating others how you’d like to be treated should be basic human behavior. Very disappointed in the staff here.
