I love Bojangles but today's chicken biscuits was not cooked properly, the chicken was like trying to eat rubber. So not happy spending over $9 for 2 Chicken biscuits and you can't eat them.

We ordered curbside pickup this morning, got there and clicked “I am here “ on the app. After waiting a while I tried to call because no one had come out, tried calling a few times with no answer so my husband went inside. Once inside he walked up to the counter and was completely ignored for several min. The girl just kept walking back and forth and didn’t even acknowledge him. When he finally got her attention she packed our order, which had been sitting there even before my husband walked in. Needless to say the food wasn’t great.

Twice in one day. 2 for $4 sausage biscuits for breakfast and fish sandwich for lunch.
I got a two piece bone in chicken meal and they wouldn't give me any sauce without wanting to charge me for it. I said I just ordered a two pieces chicken meal and I can't get any sauce. Their reply was.." you got a bone in meal. Sauce only comes with tenders". I mean really I can't get sauce with my meal. What kind of place is this?

You’d better get to this bojangles EARLY in the morning, before the first shift change. For the 3 years I’ve lived off oak ridge highway, the ever-changing lunch staff, solid 7/10 times I’d get the wrong drink, dry food from the Sahara desert, and pulled around to wait. However, this is a five-star breakfast bojangles. I just wish the breakfast-time level of service remained throughout the day.

I ordered through the drive thru and was told there would be a wait, which was fine. I was then told to pull to the front door. They never actually said if they were bringing my order out but after waiting some time in my car and seeing multiple others obviously told to do the same and finally going inside, I did as well. I then waited over 45 minutes with several other people who had originally went through the drive thru as well as they continued to serve multiple others through the drive thru and front dining. When they finally decided to make my order, they told me they had just made my order but some lady took it and said it was hers but would remake it for me. The food was dried out, cold and all in the wrong box despite me literally standing there telling them multiple times what my order was again. This was the first time I've eaten there in a while, I certainly won't be back for a while.
