No one seems to want to take order inside..3 employees left at 2 pm, waited 30 minutes after paying for food while they filled drive thru orders..I'm a repeat customer, no more..

Come by the drive thru and no one wanted to take orders….drive back through, still nothing. I saw cars just leaving. They weren’t closed and the back door was propped open….just plain lazy!

My wife just tried to surprise me with breakfast at my office she should up with gravy and biscuit I have gotten this numerous times no gravy in bowl was put on biscuit she drove 2 blocks the gravy and biscuits were all in the bag not edible and the ice tea I promise was 2-3days old will never return here..

Very poor service. Employees were slow and seemed to not know what they were doing. Food was unprepared and there were customers waiting over 25 minutes for their orders. Only 3 people working.

I walked in the dining room and was met by a very rude kid. Who told me to leave because this section was closed. I said the door was unlocked and he replied that it didn't matter. If this is how you going to treat your paying customers . And especially the senior citizen shame on you. Just because we are old doesn't give anyone of any age to be rude. I don't think I will be coming back. Take my money else where.

Very rude very unprofessional
Ordered loud and clearly at the speaker. Got to the window to pay and the order was wrong, so we asked nicely to fix it and they start bickering about who’s fault it is instead of just fixing it and they wanna act like it’s our fault, trying to say we didn’t order what we very well did the first time. and be so loud from the back that we can hear how rude u are through the window. If you took the order right the first time you wouldn’t have to fix it last minute. Got all way home and it was STILL not what we ordered. Embarrassing establishment.

Food was hot and tasty but 30 minute drive-thru time. I also think I was overcharged but when I asked for a receipt. They said the printer part of the register was broken. They were not allowing anyone to dine-in, drive-thru only

No chicken for 30 minutes or biscuits. This was at 6pm with no customers inside. I was told to go to another Bojangles by the nice lady up front. Not eating here ever again.

Apparently the hours have changed without updating their signage. I stopped by October 4, 2024 at 7:15pm and was told when I pulled up to the drivethru window the store closed at 7pm. My kids were sad to not get their biscuits as I had promised.
