My Chicken biscuit appeared to have a tumor or cyst inside it. Jelly for the biscuit was watery and expired. Tea was sour. Bobbery biscuits were hard and over cooked. Definitely not going back.

Just tried going to the Bojangles on Lovel Rd, in Knoxville, TN with a coworker to grab a quick Togo lunch to bring back to the office. We had to wait for over 5 minutes for my coworkers order to be taken while listening to the back of the house staff repeated yell out there's people upfront, who's covering the front? Now that my coworkers order has been taken they guy proceeds to ignore me and the customer behind me and starts preparing my coworkers order. Couter guy as we will call him is see poking around in the chicken bins, the looks up and tell my coworker they are out of legs and ask if he will take a couple of wings instead. Since I wanted the 2 piece dark meal as well, I figured no big deal I would be offended the same substitution for thr leg they were out of. Nope not going to happen. Once counter guy gets to me and I place my order I am told they are out off thighs ans legs and would have to order something else or wait 8 to 12 minutes for more to be fried. So I ask the guy so what do you have? He just looks at me with the dear in the headlights looks. I proceed to tell him not to worry about it I'll go somewhere else and also told him I was with my coworker and our orders should have been taken together. Do you know what couter guy told me? Well let me tell you what he told me, he said their procedure was to take one order at a time and then make that order before taking another order. Keep in mind there are aleast 4 to 6 other staff members in the back of the kitchen. It seems like this Bojangles locations prioritizes there drive through customs over there walkin customers. Plus they can't even keep up with the the drive through as it was backed up almost into the main street. I call that just down right bad customer service. Also, how does a place like Bojangles let themselves runs out of both legs and thighs during the lunch hour rush?

Waited in line for so long and my hashbrowns were soggy and my tea probably had tons of bacteria, tasted terrible. Would not recommend to get a sweat tea from this location

I always seem to have an issue with this Bojangles, either be it service or the quality of my food. Sometimes both, and this time it seems to have been both. For me never having made a review before this is BAD. I ordered a chicken sandwich combo meal, when I recieved said meal the chicken only covered half of the bun, felt like cardboard from how old and thin it was and had WAY too much mayo on it to seemingly cover up their mistake and/or laziness. Don't trust this place with your hard earned money, its seriously not worth spending. This is actually sad.

The older lady was super nice a chill 5/5. The other lady not so much. Prices for a side are ridiculous. 3$ for a sauce cup size of macaroni? They could have told me before I payed.
Food cold took girl 20 min to put 3 piece chicken biscuit and mash potatoes in box and I orderd fries she gave 10 fries it took her 15 min to put order in computer. All food was cold first and last time for bo jangles. Also they need to clean bathroom and tables and floor

Older African American lady that works in the mornings making the food is rude and always has an attitude I asked for two cheese biscuits and they gave me two regular biscuits then when I went back and asked for two cheese biscuits with cheese in the middle she had an attitude remaking it and gave me two cold biscuits with cold slices of cheese like she just got them out the fridge like she was tryna be funny then when I went back for a third time she was rude and saying I asked for two cheese biscuits that’s what I got n said she can’t make the cheese melt but everytime I get them they are never cold! I see why she don’t work customer service cause if she did there would be no customers. That’s why you in the back making that food and can’t even do that right

You got some Tammy Faye Baker look a like talking down to workers and then after I handed a tip to the nice girl ole Tammy Faye says to me as a paying customer to hurry up, Yeah like I want to hang out in a drive though ... I work less then a mile from there and I would have been a great customer I'm always nice courteous and always tip drive through workers .My first job the day I turned 16 was at a McDonald's making $3.15 an hour I have nothing but respect for workers fast food employees.She needs to check herself that attitude probably worked for you up north but not here ......
