They've started using AI at the speaker. $12 for a chicken biscuit, hash browns, and a drink. You wait in line for a long time. Getting told the chicken was cooking, then being handed a cold, dry chicken biscuit. I ask for cheese and they forget it every single time, but they surely don't forget to charge me for it! I hadn't been here in a long time, and hoped it had gotten better. Nope.

I have to give a huge shoutout to Zoe at the Bojangles on Lovell Road! Every time I come in, she’s the brightest part of my visit. She’s friendly, professional, and has this amazing way of making you feel genuinely welcomed. You can tell she takes pride in what she does—my order is always right, always fresh, and always handed to me with a smile.
Customer service like hers is rare these days, and Zoe truly goes above and beyond. Bojangles is lucky to have her, and I’ll keep coming back just because of the awesome experience she creates. If you stop by, hope you get the chance to be helped by her—you won’t be disappointed!

I never stop and get breakfast and decide to this morning and this what I get. Wait 10 min in drive thru. Just to get a whole hair in my food. Luckily saw when I opened. And then they don’t answer the phone. Smh
