This was my first time ever eating from this establishment. I ordered a 12 PC chicken meal that included 8pc of chicken tenders and 4pc chicken, I ordered the 4pc "all white" and was given 2 thighs and 2 wings. It was very tasty but, thigh meat is definitely the dark meat which was also an option. We also ordered the sweet potato pie, which was amazing! It was warm and spiced and very well executed. We also got 2 bo-berry biscuits, they were alright but definitely dry/hard if not covered in icing. The sweet tea was definitely sweet and very good. Could I possibly recommend a sweet tea/lemonade blend? All in all, this establishment was pretty good.

Food is still good but the size of the biscuits keep getting thinner and I can almost see through the bacon. They seem to be pricing themselves higher. 2 large bo rounds are 10 bucks.... and their 2 for $5 is a joke. If you want to add cheese you pay regular biscuit price plus the cheese. I like it, jjluwt can't afford it much with this economy when you're spending $10 plus per for breakfast

I came here one night for dinner and ordered the 3 piece dinner. I noticed a long piece of brown hair (my hair is blonde) literally in my face as soon as I opened the box. luckily I noticed before eating! I called immediately to let a manager know and to fix this for me. Renee informed me I would have to contact the higher manger for any help. That manager is only there certain days and that day was not one of them. I called the number provided and no answer . A day later I get a call I missed and he stated via voice mail that he was confused … I called back no answer . So after a week of playing phone tag, I decide to call the location back . I speak to Renee and let her know I was not able to speak with her manager regarding the hair in my food. She tells me she already spoke to him and he said he would NOT be doing anything to help the situation. She also told me I needed my receipt (they did not give one) and also the food… a week later. If I was told this that day on the phone I would have kept the hairy food... I wasted my money on food I couldn’t eat and my time trying to get help . The management here is poor in several obvious ways . Unprofessional and unethical. I was basically told to eat the food anyways . I’ll never come back and I know this location will not make it long with these tactics . Wear hairnets team.

We stopped to get something to eat and use the restroom ( Were from Ohio) the dining room was closed but the lady at the door let us use it she was very nice..... But other than her the guy that took our order was very short with us and was rude.... The guy at the window handed us our food with no bag the box was dripping they didn't give us napkins or anything and the food was gross old and cold.... I love Bojangles it's my favorite place to eat when we go out of state but if that would have been the first time I ever had them i would NEVER GO BACK... They need to do better they are giving a very good fast food restaurant a very bad name??

I've been in the drive through line for over 20 min and still don't have my food. Keep in mind there was only 2 people in front of me. 1 chicken biscuit is all I ordered.

Attached is the pic of my TWO biscuits. Trouble counting at this location. Sandwich was wrong too! Lady working the drive through window has zero personality. Only words she mumbled was the price. I even told her to have a good day and got no response other than a blank stare. Last time going to this place.
