I have came here 2 or 3 times here, the food is good, and the workers there are great. But the time you have to wait there is incredible, they were super short-staffed. Had to wait 10 minutes for them to take our order and 20 minutes to get our food. It's sad because they have good food but it's not fast at all.

This is tge slowest place I've eaten at. That is consistently slow. Past 4 times in a row it takes 30 min to get your food!!!! WHY.

I sat in the drive through for ten minutes for the (kid) to tell me they didn't have chicken strips.How does bojangles not have chicken strips? Worst bojangles i have ever been to. Have had bad experiences there several times.

Would not take kids in here the junkies that work there were trying to hug my kids and wouldn’t leave us alone while we waited on our food for 35 minutes. Then steven the manager comes and says they sold all of our food to customers that came after us. He wouldn’t even say sorry and then when I asked for a refund he acted as like he didn’t want to give it and then asked me what I received already so he didnt have to refund the whole order. Horrible experience.

We did not get any food. We walked in to a somewhat long line. 3 people were waiting for food and 2 small families and a gentleman were in front of us . After 10 mins with no cashier/order taker the gentleman left. The cashier took one order at the 15 min mark. The staff was busy, but it appeared all food was being served to the drive through. There was yelling for food items all around. We waited another 10 mins and the family in front of us had still not been waited on. The cashier kept saying " I'll be there in a minute". At this point we left and went to another restaurant. There were several behind us who had already left. They are losing loads of business.

Parking: Not a lot of spots.

I ordered 4 steak biscuits and 3 regular biscuits. When we got them home the bottom of most of the biscuits were hard as a rock. When I called the next day to report they had a problem I was told nothing could be done. I told him that I didn’t want anything but wanted to report that he had a problem. The manager hung up on me and when I called back they refused to answer the phone

Food was fresh and delicious. Placed an order in the app and everything was perfect! Customer service was amazing, Robin had the best energy and was so friendly! Went back through drive thru (decided we needed another tea 🤣) and the manager Justin was just as awesome! Definitely will be back!

Please. All I ask is for hot fresh product. I know fast food employees have a crappy job and don't get paid a lot. I've worked fast food and I'm still in the service industry. Just throw away the old bo rounds and make new ones! I paid $3 for rubbery, lukewarm, obviously old bo rounds that I'm now throwing in the trash. Why are you all selling old shit? It's not your money. Just cook new ones! We're all struggling right now and we can't afford to waste money. Think about if YOU were to go somewhere and spend your hard earned money and it was garbage.

I went through the drive through and asked for a cookie with my Cajun filet biscuit combo meal which the employee said they were out and it would be about 10 minutes for the next batch to be ready. I got the rest of my food at the window at 405 and he asked me to wait in parking spot. At 420 I decided to go into the restaurant to ask if ready yet and the lobby employee went back to ask. At that point I heard the drive through employee tell the manager that it was too soft and unable to serve for another 10-15 minutes. It was now 425 and the manager did not realize I was standing by the register as he proceeded to tell the drive through employee that "He is stupid for wanting to wait, it takes like 30 minutes for them to be ready and day shift didn't make enough like they were supposed to". It was at this point that the lobby employee came out and "I'm just the messenger but it will be another 10-15 minutes". I politely thanked him for letting me know and told him that the drive through employee did say 10 minutes, to which he said, "Yeah, that is just to cook them". I decided that it was not worth continuing to wait an additional 15 minutes after the 20 minutes I had already waited and left to go home.

Service was terrible. Horrible attitude. Wait time was awful. No pimento cheese. No Bo-Berry biscuits. Drinks tasted funny. No tea at drink station. BUT, the food was fresh and hot. Only thing good about this place. Suggestion...have one person take the orders/money and another person fill/pass out the orders. It would speed up the process. Just saying.
