Great job team! Every time we come here we experience professionalism and great service! I have heard people talk around halls that the service in the AM is slow do to the drive through workers taking all orders before dealing with people at window. That’s something I can not judge because we always go in the evenings.(update I finally went through for breakfast only took 2 minutes and 10 seconds lol yes I timed it! The younger guy at the window is doing a fantastic job!! 7:40am on 11/25/25)

Sold out of biscuits at 10 AM.. how was I even possible? Pulled up to the drive-through and that’s how you greeted.
Just letting you know, we’re sold out of biscuits
What else am I supposed to order a chicken biscuit with no biscuit?

Ordered my food after a 10 min wait. Was then told 10 min for Mac and cheese. I didn't want to wait so, switched to mashed potatoes. After another wait was told it would be 20 min for the dirty rice I had ordered.
I then asked for a refund. Was told no one was able to do that and I would have to wait 1/2 an hour for my refund.
When I expressed my anger at this I was told too bed, leave or we're calling the cops!
I then called the Sheriff so I could report theft of service.
The refund was finally given, the next day!
No apologies, not from anyone, including the store manager.
I will never stop here again.

I came in to pick up chicken for a family gathering. 32 pieces and biscuits. Dave and the staff were so attentive and kind. It takes a bit for that amount because they make it fresh. I was grateful for the fast service. Thank you Dave!

Had the absolute worst customer service experience ever this morning. Me , my dad and a guy that works with us went in for breakfast we planned on sitting down to eat. We got to the counter and waited for about 5 min. until a woman named Carrie said we would be better off going through the drive thru because she had to make the drive thru a priority and refused to take our order even though the drive thru is automated. We waited for over an hour for someone to just take our order. Finally a guy walked in to start his shift and took our order and he was very nice and helpful. But this Carrie lady was awful this location will never have our service again.

Showed up for breakfast and was told by Carry we needed to go thru drive thru to served faster we were there for 20 minutes and still didn’t get served had to order online while car after car got there food and we have a trailer on the truck that prevents us from going thru drive thru

When we came in we were ask to go to the drive thru, I declined because I want to sit and eat instead of driving while eating, the manger then made us wait over thirty minutes and still didn't take our order never even recognized us standing there, we finally ordered online to get our food. Very rude and un professional. There were no cars in the drive thru when we came in she just kept taking orders at drive thru and ignored us!!

I went through the drive through and ordered my breakfast, they handed me a bag with the biscuit and gravy turned straight up, so the Biscuit and gravy that comes in a flat styrofoam tray, not sealed, leaks all over my napkins, potatoes, fries, ketchup packets and has drenched the bottom of the bag where the items are beginning to fall out, and the man at the window just looks at it and hands us some napkins. What the actual heck is that?! Does offer to fix it, doesn’t say hey they crammed too much in this bag, just hands us napkins and shuts the window. So thanks?
