This is the worst fast food place on town. My Mom loves Bojangles. So I ONLY go for her. They have the worst service, it's always as if it's an inconvenience to help you. They are extremely rude, and on several occasions I've been told to come inside to order because they are out of biscuits or come back later. This place is the absolute worst!
If frequently been directed to a parking spot from the drive thru only to be forgotten about + served the wrong order. This used to be a great location

We love Bojangles but we’ve had several really poor experiences here. Particularly tonight I waited 30 minutes for food (considering this is fast food is crazy) and I was the only person in the drive through at the time, then they proceeded to get my order wrong so I had to take it back in to get the right one! The staff seemed unprofessional and like they didn’t care. It took WAY too long to get my small order of two biscuits and I felt like I had to assert myself to get my order fixed

I’m over this store every single time I’ve done a DoorDash order from here under Sierra M I get my order completely messed up I don’t know how it’s even possible to mess up so bad every time I ordered a 4 piece combo and all I got was ranch and a sweet tea like come on dude this store needs better staff checking their food before bagging it I'm tired of having to call and get a refund this store sucks.
