This is the worst fast food place on town. My Mom loves Bojangles. So I ONLY go for her. They have the worst service, it's always as if it's an inconvenience to help you. They are extremely rude, and on several occasions I've been told to come inside to order because they are out of biscuits or come back later. This place is the absolute worst!

We love Bojangles but we’ve had several really poor experiences here. Particularly tonight I waited 30 minutes for food (considering this is fast food is crazy) and I was the only person in the drive through at the time, then they proceeded to get my order wrong so I had to take it back in to get the right one! The staff seemed unprofessional and like they didn’t care. It took WAY too long to get my small order of two biscuits and I felt like I had to assert myself to get my order fixed

I’m over this store every single time I’ve done a DoorDash order from here under Sierra M I get my order completely messed up I don’t know how it’s even possible to mess up so bad every time I ordered a 4 piece combo and all I got was ranch and a sweet tea like come on dude this store needs better staff checking their food before bagging it I'm tired of having to call and get a refund this store sucks.

Everytime we go here to get a 8 piece family meal they say they have no chicken and we will have to wait 15 minutes. Are you not a chicken business. The employees have bad attitudes as well. Guess we need to find another bojangles or go to KFC.

This has got to be the worst drive-thru in knoxville..the dumbest people i have ever met...sit at the intercom for 7-8 minutes no one answered..no cars in the lane..drove to the window..told them no one answered when i said hello..told me i had to go back around and order at the intercom...just plain stupid people at the drive-thru

This place sucks no matter the time of day it’s 1245 in the afternoon and they have no chicken ready. It’s like this all the time they say you have to wait 15 minutes if I wanted to wait 15 minutes I’ll go to a sit down restaurant customer service sucks. They got mad at me because they didn’t have any chicken at 12:45 in the afternoon. A lot of these people need to be fired. Need to have new management so we can get some shit done. This is not the first time this is happened. I’ve been to Bojangles about seven or eight times during the day and it’s either they don’t have any chicken or they don’t have any chicken wings. Why are you a chicken restaurant? Taco Bell never run out of tacos. so KFC it is! There’s a reason why the parking lot is empty when you drive by
