It would be ideal if dine in had equal priority as drive thru. I shouldn’t be penalized and have to wait longer because I made the extra effort to park and walk in.

Lazy, rude, and entitled workers. Ordered through uber eats, went to pick up after 20 minutes and they hadn’t even started. When I asked why my food wasn’t started staff became defensive.

Such a decline in food quality. Wife bought dinner to go...her macaroni and cheese was cold, my rice had no flavor whatsoever, or flavor enhancements, beans tasted as if they had come straight put of a can. Advice: BOJANGLES! Get it together or your company is headed for the fast-food graveyard. What happened? Your food in the past was very good...this time I took bite of the rice and placed the lid back on the small cup. Wife said she has had better macaroni and cheese from an instant box. I regret to write this review, but as a former owner of a restaurant, I felt led to inform you your food quality personnel should be made aware of this significant deterioration in the quality of the food you are serving... the location of the establishment is 9109 Kingston Pile, Knoxville, TN

Go there to pick up a doordash order and I'm being told a minimum 15 minutes on chicken when they just told the customer in front of me in drive through it will be a 40 minute wait and they should have never ran out of chicken specially when the manager himself was running the back room

Went here with my family for dinner and this is the cleanest restaurant I've ever been in. The service was fast and friendly. The whole experience was higher than I expected. All the employees were super friendly. Brian and Tyrrick are amazing!!!

I went to this place. They were out of dark meat. The manager asked me. Did I want white meat? I said yes, I said would there be a up charge? He said no, it was a 3 piece. He tried to give me 2 little wings and a breast. And I asked if he could have 2 breast and a wing, he said no. I asked to speak to the manager.He said I am the manager.His name is Tyree.Then he tells me to have fun at mcdonald's unacceptable

An excellent fast food breakfast. I really couldn't ask for more. The cashier communicated effectively and had a contagious smile. The dining room was clean and the music was at a good volume. The food was fresh and tasty. The parking lot was clean. I'll definitely be back.

So the manger came to the front to assist me an my husband well I noticed he had on black gloves this man took our order went back to the back an started making our food which is unexpecteble then I get home an our food was old an DRY AND HARD PLUS IT WAS COLD so I immediately called back down there an asked for the manger an he said he would replace the chicken only bit this man still had on the same black gloves so I said BEFORE U MAKE MY FOOD CAN U PLEASE WASH UR HANDS AN CHANGE UR GLOVES an then he got an attitude but that is how people get sick when u have employees an mangers who doesn't care about the food there servicing all the care about is a pay it is SAD

I usually go through the drive thru before class . I have been a handful of times , maybe 4/5, and at least 3 of these times they’ve forgotten my grape jelly . There’s always someone different on the speaker and I make sure to announce that I want jelly but whoever is packaging the orders never wants to give me any . Other than not getting jelly for the semi dry biscuit I don’t have any complaints . I will say yesterday 3 Sept I went through around 11 and the woman who took my order had also passed it out to me . She was very sweet and efficient . I didn’t catch her name but shout out to her .

Advertised hours say open at 5:00am but last two times I’ve stopped by at 5:00am someone was there but they weren’t going to have any food until nearly 5:30am. Change your hours to reflect reality if this is the case. My suggestion if you are at this location is to pop over to Hardee’s where they WILL have a biscuit at 5:00am.
This location is horrible compared to the one on Alcoa Highway. That location rocks and they are serving fresh hot food at 5:00am
