The AI order system is so flawed it took my order I paid for 3 meals and got s complete 1 and a half didn’t notice till I was back at work I will not go back this was the 3rd time the AI order system messed up.

They just gave me the saddest BEC of my life, a sliver of an egg maybe one piece of bacon, the biscuit was burnt, and the bo rounds were still cold from not being cooked properly. Also hate the robot order taker in the drive thru

Fries lukewarm chicken tenders same thing I was the only customer in the store. Why cook food when you have no customers so when you do have a customer they get fries & tenders lukewarm

Sandra is always a pleasure every time I come in. She certainly starts my day feeling welcomed in and upbeat. Sometimes when you gotta wanna needa getta hava bojangles this is great way to start the day.

First of all the fries was over seasoned second a man came in (not in uniform) and went behind the counter (didn’t wash his hands) no hair net or anything and started making food he then rubbed his nose and went back to making food then he grabbed the food and left (this man did not seem to work there at all) watch the cameras 3:30-4:00pm on march 30th 2025…he made a lot of food and never paid also he contaminated all the food that he came in contact with behind the counter

Expert Clear Vision

BoJangles would rather loose a customer than give 1 extra dipping sauce I informed the employee that I always get sauces with that many chicken tenders meal and she stated I have to start paying extra. Gotta love customer service..... Will NOT BE eating here anymore because of the rudeness and disrespect from the employees. My company will no longer order food for all employees from this location.

Lazy, rude, and entitled workers. Ordered through uber eats, went to pick up after 20 minutes and they hadn’t even started. When I asked why my food wasn’t started staff became defensive.

Such a decline in food quality. Wife bought dinner to go...her macaroni and cheese was cold, my rice had no flavor whatsoever, or flavor enhancements, beans tasted as if they had come straight put of a can. Advice: BOJANGLES! Get it together or your company is headed for the fast-food graveyard. What happened? Your food in the past was very good...this time I took bite of the rice and placed the lid back on the small cup. Wife said she has had better macaroni and cheese from an instant box. I regret to write this review, but as a former owner of a restaurant, I felt led to inform you your food quality personnel should be made aware of this significant deterioration in the quality of the food you are serving... the location of the establishment is 9109 Kingston Pile, Knoxville, TN

Go there to pick up a doordash order and I'm being told a minimum 15 minutes on chicken when they just told the customer in front of me in drive through it will be a 40 minute wait and they should have never ran out of chicken specially when the manager himself was running the back room
