Called two different times this week to order pick up and no one answered the phone. Very disappointing. Will be looking for a new place going forward.

The only thing they know how to cook is Butter Chicken, and Chicken Tikka Masala. It's basically the same order, (different cut of chicken) Don't waste your money on this place, it's pathetic.

Came across this gem on the way to Gatlingburg and loved it!!! We had the paneer tikka masala and chicken 65. Both were amazing.

Thought the food was really good, just wish I had more of it. Felt like for the price I really didn't get much chicken and a lot of sauce. Had the butter chicken with garlic naan. Would eat again.

Some of the reviews on here are rather harsh compared to the experience we had. The food is delicious. The staff is small but seemed pretty attentive to the area. Smells great! It felt like a small, inexpensive mom and pop owned seat yourself place. No complaints. Would visit again.
The best Indian food in Knoxville, but at what cost? The worst customer service I've ever seen. Never has my online order been prepared when I order it. The excuse is always that the manager is out and he's the one who cooks ??♀️

We had a delicious experience at Bombay Palace. The spice level was exactly as our waitress advised us. Chicken tikka masala, butter chicken & makai kofta were some of the best we have had, & we eat Indian regularly.
Tried to stop in for dinner around 7 on a Saturday but it was all closed up. Looks to be permanently shut down. Too bad.
