I was disappointed that we were asked to sit in the bar area, as they were having staffing issues in the main dining area. Since it was my birthday, it was a little too casual for me. Also, I made the reservation noting that it was my birthday, but Bonefish did not recognize it. It was only after dinner and they were asking if we wanted a dessert, and my husband told them it was my birthday, that they said that if it was my birthday, I would get a free dessert. I had the fish entree on the specials, and it was good. Not outstanding, but ok.

My daughter ordered the kids' mac and cheese, and I ordered the pork chop fontina. The mac and cheese had obviously been sitting under the heat lamp for an extended period as it was dry and stuck together. After finally flagging down the manager, we exchanged it for the popcorn chicken. Needless to say, despite less than 10 tables being occupied, the chicken took so long that my wife and I were completely finished with our meals by the time it arrived. Regarding my pork chop. The toppings themselves were good, but the pork chop was overcooked to the point of being dry.My wife had the lobster stuffed shrimp and said it was very good. We have been to this Bonefish many times, and it has been very good, but this time, it was extremely underwhelming and definitely not worth the three figures we paid for it

I have always enjoyed Bonefish in the past as it served meals, I felt, which were above that of a chain restaurant. Unfortunately, the meal, particularly the fish (Mahi Mahi), was at or even below that of a chain restaurant. The fish was very dry as well as being tough. Perhaps it was just a bad night!

It had been over 10 years since I've eaten at Bonefish Grill. The food quality has really deteriorated. I guess that's why we couldn't get a reservation at most other places and Bonefish was almost empty while we were there. Very poor quality fish. Raw shrimp. We couldn't eat much of it. Fish seemed to have been frozen, cooked, and reheated a few days later. Like a frozen Lean Cuisine meal. The server was nice and the salad was ok.

Six of us had dinner tonight at Bonefish in Parkside Drive in Knoxville, Tn. My server was Taylor and she was phenomenal. Very efficient, very personable and we were so pleased with her service. She’s a super nice young lady and you all are blessed to have her on your staff. We will definitely ask for her when we come back!! Best ever!!!
