Stopped for lunch. Love Bang Bang shrimp but what a disappointment it was super small shrimp half cooked as the breading was doughy the steak tasted good but was cold. Fries were still starchy. Sad as we have liked this restaurant in the past. Basically no one there and must be the norm as our server was also bartenders and the hostess was bussing tables. Bathroom was terrible. Something in wall leaking water everywhere and wall disintegrating. Would be a long time before we would return

Good food, large servings, pretty expensive for what it is, though.

Had a great time celebrating my friends birthday at this place. Kendall, our server is awesome. She delivered great service & she's very nice đŸŒș. I had Ahi tuna w/jasmine rice & chopped brousell sprouts. It was delish😋!

This location is okay. The food is pretty good. I would give it 5 stars because I think it lacks a little flavor. But overall, the food is good. The atmosphere is fine. There wasn’t many customers. The biggest issue is the service. There are a couple really good servers. But most of them don’t do a very good job. I waited 20 minutes or more just for them to get me a water. Also, the manager at the time was not friendly at all. One customer had a question about tax on their bill (and she wasn’t rude about it at all) and the manger was not friendly about it at all. She was short and sounded a little hateful about something that was no big deal.

Went for lunch and half the dining room was closed down due to staffing issues. Had to wait for table even though there were many open. Pasta was dry. Shrimp were overcooked. Table had napkins under the leg to keep it from shaking. Expect more from a place that has menu prices as high as this. The server did a great job even though she was handling many tables.

Bread and lobster bisque what's good. What you got was good. The stuff shrimp with cold and dry there was no flavor you couldn't tell between the lobster and the shrimp the mashed potatoes were barely warm. The asparagus have no flavor. This was the worst service we had ever had. We've always been a fan of bonefish. If you have any questions you can give us a call, our reservation what's 3:45 on December 1st 👎

Spent $100 for a birthday dinner. Gotta say drinks and bang bang shrimp are great However, both entrees we got tasted like something you might get from a truck stop. Actually it was way worse than that. Tasted terrible.

I ordered the bang bang shrimp with the brussels sprouts it tasted more like old leftovers, way over priced for that quality of food! The lettuce was bad, I threw most of it away to make a Sandwhich at home. Waste of money and time!

We dined in early on a Sunday. No excuses for poor quality food and service. We never had our glasses refilled and except for the perfunctory “how does everything look” immediately after the food was served she only came back with the bill.
The food: I had swordfish and ravioli. The swordfish was dry and swimming in butter and the ravioli was so tough I had to cut it with a knife. Literally. The green beans were perfect but I did not go there for the green beans. You have lost my business forever. I’ll be going to Chesapeake if I want seafood.

We’ve been coming here for years and today was the worst service I have had. I called in an order to go order and then followed the directions on the text I received. When I did not receive it for 40 minutes, I walked in to find the bag of my food, just sitting there and no one in sight. Someone finally told me she were a manager, but really acted like they could care less taken place. For what you charge, please do better!

My colleague and I visited for dinner on Monday night. The food was hot and delicious and there was minimal wait. The waiter Cameron, was kind and checked on us frequently, to make sure we had what we needed. The Manager even checked in on us.
To make the service even better, I realized on Thursday, that I had left my AirPods there at the restaurant. I thought for sure it was a lost cause, but I called anyway. The hostess checked, but said she didn't see anything there. Well a few hours later, I get a call from a TN number and I answer. To my surprise, it was Heather, the Manager at Bonefish!! She had just come in and heard that someone called looking for the lost AirPods. She searched caller id for my number and called me!!! She had them since Monday and was waiting on someone to claim them. Needless to say, I was super excited and beyond gracious that she took the time to track me down. There are still good people in the world! Thanks again Heather and thanks to your staff for being so great!

Visited during 2021 with covid and all masked up. Excellent tasting food, wonderful friendly service. Revisited Sep 2024, still excellent service and fantastic food. Party of 3. Not crowded for early dinner. All types of fish are excellently prepared and vegetables properly done too. Pumpkin creme brulee was surprise treat and new dragon fruit cocktail was delicious.

After all the hype and hearsay, was not impressed with the food. To me it was a little above average quality, heavily sauced. We both had a Shrimp pasta dish that looked and tasted about the same. Meal was luke warm and best and in my opinion over priced. Have gift cards to use up. Next time it will be an appetizer or salad. Total meal was entree and drink and just 1.00 shy of 60.00.

Got there around 8pm and directly got seated. Waiter was extremely professional and very polite and knowledgeable. Food was amazing. The crab cakes are to die for as are the bang bang shrimp. Their special weekly menu was wonderful and they gladly let you choose different fish or meat for your meal. We’ll definitely come back again.
