I went for a brunch and drink pairing that was super neat. A bunch of my friends and I decided to get together and do it. Bonefish was very clean, very hospitable, our waiter was mostly attentive however, the food would have been good, had it been hot, Which was not the case with any of the 3 servings. I understand how hard it is to multi-plate a meal for many people and keep them warm, but the meals... all three of them were cold and that took some of the pleasure out of eating the new menu items.My favorite thing on their menu regrettably is the bang bang shrimp because there's so many amazing things on the menu. But I have such an immature palette that that is my all-time favorite. I would say, definitely go to bonefish. Maybe...don't do the brunch pairing and just order off the brunch menu. That would probably make for a much better experience.
