Bravo! Italian Kitchen

We had a horrible experience! We had a party of 18 we ordered 2 appetizers. The guy that brought our appetizers at dropped both appetizers all over the bench and was cussing saying f this and god d*mn it was we had kids at the table mind you. The waitress didn't do any refills until we asked and had to keep asking. We asked for bread a few times and didn't get it until my aunt had to find the manager to final get the bread. We waited over an hour for our food. Food was cold and the Alfredo was left out and the noddles was very dry! Just a bad experience! We will not be back!

Our server was great but the entire meal was SO slow reaching the table - in excess of 40 minutes for our entrees. My father-in-law almost fell asleep waiting for the food to arrive. This was on a Wednesday night at 6:30 with very few tables occupied. We were a party of 7 adults. Bread service was delicious; entrees were ok. No idea what was going on.

Overall very good experience. Our server seemed to be new and had to be reminded to bring bread and forgot to offer grated parmesan cheese with our entree. For some reason she was assigned to tables both in and outdoor which contributed to the issues / delay. The food was of good quality.

my female friends order when received had a black hair in the meal dish. The waitress was concerned took the dish back. A few minutes and the cook brought out we think a replacement same dish, But the following day, when she reheated her leftovers from Bravo, she again found a black hair in the to go box, Either kitchen just removed the hair and returned the meal to the table or the replacement dish had a similar problem. WE weren't offered a free Deseret or no charge for her meal. We have dining at Bravo for the last ten years.

Asked Manager to turn down music to allow for conversation - he said it provided ambiance Server was Excellent & had given requests to Kitchen - NONE were followed (ex. Dressing in side; instead salad “swimming & inedible “

Absolutely best server ever! From the moment we arrived we felt welcome and not rushed. The food was amazing as well. This was our first experience with BRAVO but not the last for sure. Highly recommend!

Enjoyed lunch very much. The food, service, and atmosphere were excellent. Meal was delicious. Highly recommended.

Food was amazing! We sat at the bar while waiting for our table and Lillian took great care of us. Our server Ashley did a wonderful job.

The shrimp Alfredo and Fra Diavolo were some of the most enjoyable pasta dishes I have had *not* in Italy, which is really saying something! We stayed to talk after the meal was finished and were not rushed out, so we even opted to enjoy some dessert. Our waitress was attentive but not hovering, and thanks to her we really enjoyed our meal and our time there.

Place was not very busy at all on a Saturday night. Service was slow at first but got better. Food was very good for price point and portion size. Needs some work inside as it's showing some age but still nice. Will visit again.

MICE CRAWLING ALL IN THE BACK THE FOOD IS HORRIBLE OPEN FOOD CONTAINERS WITH NATS FLYING OVER YOUR FOOD THE WHOLE PLACE IS DIGUSTINGGGGGGG

Just a great experience. Matthew was our server. Cocktails were exceptional! Service was even better. Place has a nice upscale vibe, but it’s not too pretentious. Manager came out and greeted us as well.

Our early dinner was excellent. Our server has a Swedish name but not sure how to spell it. He was great and kept us entertained
