It was our first time ever going to one of these restaurants and we decided last minute to get Italian food for our anniversary. The restaurant was closing in an hour and we decided to go anyway. The ambience was lovely, the Italian music was a nice touch, and we were greeted very enthusiastically by our server Beau. He was so friendly and didn’t seem the least bit annoyed to have us show up so late. We both have worked food service and try not to put others in the situation but with young kids we can only get out every once in a while.Beau showed to our seat right as we walked in, got us our drinks right away, and was very helpful in explaining the menu and what the favorites were as well as his personal favorites. We took his recommendation and the Esalata della Casa and the Chicken Bacon Flatbread were both delicious as appetizers. We decided to order the Margarita Pizza and the Fra Diavolo pasta. The pasta is amazing and the pizza unfortunately came out with a hair on it but my wife noticed it right away and not only did they remake it but they took the price of our order.I usually don’t care too much on service as long as it’s polite and the food is good but this time the care was exceptional and the food was amazing. We mentioned that it was our anniversary and Beau got us a dessert for free (we weren’t expecting it so it was even better). Even though they were getting close to closing he was also happy to make us a little extra bread to go since the portions are ginormous and we couldn’t finish it all.Overall I’d give it an 8/10 but if you can get Beau I’d say 10/10 go absolutely.Oh and the dessert we got (also a recommendation from Beau) was the cheesecake and it was delicious!I couldn't have asked for a better dining experience.Bravo! is an apt name for this restaurant!

This place used to be fantastic. But that was over 10 years ago. I keep trying every couple of years to give it a another chance. But ever since COVID...what a disappointment. The dine in experience became abyssal although the food wasn't too bad despite being very overpriced. So tried again several months later, this evening for carry out because we received $20 off coupons in the mail. Geesh. What a disgrace. Although I might have known when it was empty at 6:30 in the evening. Mediterranean Salad: $16 for 5 or 6 fork fulls of lettuce and a few pieces of diced tomato. $18 for spaghetti Bolognese which had near zero sauce or meat. Chicken, spinach and bacon flatbread was $14 for burnt, sparse ingredients and little flavor. Crispy shrimp Napoli wasn't too bad. That was probably the only redeeming portion.Just a shame....this place used to be great. Now it's just sad. Carrabba's is FAR better. Threw away the other $20 off coupon. Not even worth it.

Carrington our server was, really nice and friendly. The food was delicious fresh bread served with an olive oil spread, fried cheese raviolis were delicious with the marinara sauce and creamy Parmesan sauce. I had the fettuccine Alfredo, the taste was good, but the pasta was a little undercooked for my taste. There was fresh Parmesan available. My BFF had the lobster bisque and a house salad he said both were really good, and that this restaurant was a few steps above the olive garden.... Which he worked at for a few years in college and is very partial to. Lol the atmosphere was beautiful and well appointed. Like I said a few steps above the Olive garden. Carrington also took the time to tell us about things she's done in the area being a new resident of Tennessee the last few years. We're taking her advice on somethings. I would just like to say thank you to Carrington, for taking the time to talk with us, we know the server life is hard and any extra time spent with customers outside your actual job description is appreciated very much! You made our first visit to Bravo! A great one!Vegetarian options: Pasta and sauce is a good vegetarian option, salads and fried cheese too.

I ordered the lobster and shrimp to go was met with a friendly host who promptly got my food I paid 39.00 and change which I thought that is already over priced i wish i would of asked over the phone the cost and no salad but it came with bland bread with oil not seasoned. My Alfredo had little sauce noodles over cooked tasted microwaved and I found 2 itsy bitsy lobster and 4 shrimps and tasted bland no flavor. I will never again order from here especially for the price.

My husband and I both ordered lobster and shrimp Fettucine Alfredo. There was very little lobster in the dish (< 1 TBSPN). We showed the dish to the waitress and requested more lobster; which she brought at $9.95 per serving. I thought it would be complimentary since there was so little in the dish— quite the rip off. We paid $19.90 for lobster that should have been in the dish. The extra lobster was salty. The Alfredo sauce itself was very broken/watery. Regardless, my husband did leave 25%tip. Overall, I cannot recommend this dish. And will consider other Italian Restaurants before contemplating Bravo! Italian Kitchen again.

Celebrated my birthday here, ordered calamari as an appetizer, spaghetti & meatballs and the New York strip for dinner. Everything came out in a timely manner, hot, presentable and packed with flavor! Quincy was a lovely waiter, very personable especially since it was our first time. Overall staff was friendly and loved seeing manager moving about the floor. Definitely planning more date nights !

The service was the only good part of this birthday experience. We were sat in an almost empty restaurant amongst the only other patrons (with a table of coughing children next to us). The food was not great - the marinara sauce has carrots in it and the only flavor is sweet. The calamari was served on top of the sauces that accompany it, making the bottom half soggy and drenched in oil and aioli. The shrimp scampi was a disappointment with a creamy sauce with no real flavor and diced tomatoes. And the birthday patron got vanilla bean ice cream that was served as gelato.
