Super great pizza, but the staff at the front are so rude. Rolled his eyes at me and said maybe 3 words. They aren’t open at 11:05 when they open at 11? Not a good experience at all.
Tables could have used a Lil cleaning, but the pizza is excellent.
Excellent pizza! Bring your own silverware. The plastic they have is flimsy.
I was a bit apprehensive because they only have one type of crust & I usually like NY-style floppy crust or thin & crispy but this super helpful lady who worked there answered my questions & set me at ease so I ordered the Bruschetta Pizza & it was PERFECT! I loved the fresh tomatoes, basil, mozzarella & shaved parmesan AND the crust was so good!! My daughter loves the sandwiches too! And they have restaurant parking a couple of doors down making it convenient for dine-in & pickup! Highly recommend!
Not a lot of topping
Nice pizza here very nice pizza restaurant
Love the heartland pizza but the last two times I’ve order they have left off my parmesan slices and that make the pizza I think 🤔 😣
Visiting from ohio and wanted a quick dinner after hiking all day. Ordered. Personal veggie pizza and it hit the spot! Husband and kid shared a pepperoni and sausage pizza. We also took advantage of the 50% off wings Monday special. Overall, a great experience. Fast, friendly, and good food.
We arrived late into Knoxville after an 8 hour drive. Wanted to grab something quick. This was across the street from our hotel. We were pleasantly surprised. The pizza & sandwiches were really good. It was so good we returned the next night for salads & pizza. Definitely would come back if we are in the area.
Ordered breadsticks and pizza for delivery. The breadsticks were severely undercooked and doughy. Additionally, the pizza was overcooked. I heard great things about this place from my peers and was disappointed.

Stopped by today for our first time for a quick salad and breadsticks. Salad, though large in size, had almost zero edible lettuce. Lettuce was all brown, wilty and inedible, felt warm to the touch. Not crisp and cool. And this was eating it immediately after it was brought to our table. Service was also subpar at best, asked for plates and a fork and guy just turned around and walked off. Could be because he was wearing earphones, but how can you provide customer service if you can hear your customers. Not worth the cost. Go elsewhere. Highly disappointed.
We ordered delivery to our hotel. The flavor was good, but the kitchen didn’t give us what we ordered. I paid for a custom pizza with 4 toppings one of them being pepperoni. My pizza arrived with 3 of the 4 toppings (no pepperoni) despite the receipt and order listing all of them.
Now I don’t mean to sound petty, but it’s a little disappointing to say the least when you pay for something and you don’t get it. I hope you do better for your next customers and review the order before it goes out to the delivery driver.

Amazing pizza, but the customer service for in store customers needs work.
I went to Brenz with my kids for lunch, and thought we had lucked out when we were one of only two groups in line. The cashier took the order of the couple in front of us, but when we stepped up to order he said he needed to go do a delivery and left. We then stood there and waited for about five minutes before any other store worker noticed us enough to say anything. When that worker finally took our order, I mentioned how we’d been left high and dry by the last cashier but didn’t get any apology or much more than a blank stare.
I understand that restaurants are stretched thin, but as a former cashier I also know your job is to make sure the line keeps moving. If you have to leave your post with customers still waiting to order, find someone else to fill in.
The rest of the experience was great, but apparently in the future if I want prompt customer service I should just order delivery!

As soon as I walked in to Brenz Pizza Co... the place had a noticeably nice artesian quality and atmosphere!! Deciding on a chef salad for lunch... It was no doubt prepared aesthetically pleasing but was also packed full of a flavor explosion that no one saw coming from a salad??
GREAT FLAVOR, MAGNIFICENT SETTING!!
