Friendly bar with seasonal themed cocktails and decor to match. A wonderfully fun experience from the drinks to the staff. Add to your list of visits.

Drinks were fine, but didn't quite hit the price point. The design/decor are on point, but the experience doesn't quite live up. The combination of bad acoustics and loud (bad) music flattened what could be a lovely, 3D, space.

I have given Brother Wolf multiple chances and every time I leave I always say I will never go back. The staff is overwhelmingly rude. It’s a great space and a great concept, but it would be hard to find ruder staff anywhere in Knoxville. They were not busy and the server acted personally offended that she had to get us drinks. She had no knowledge of the wine list or sizes or beers and made fun of my friend for asking a question. We are all in our 40’s and she inspected our ID’s so closely you would have thought we looked 15. My cocktail was fine, nothing special and certainly not a $15 drink. I ordered a shot of espresso and it arrived literally ice cold. When I asked for a new one I was met with eye rolls and heavy sighs. I also told 2 different staff members that both restrooms were out of soap. After being there for over an hour no soap was placed in the restroom. I certainly hope the staff has some secret soap they use. They got my last dollar yesterday…. For real this time.

We have given Brother Wolf so many chances, and it honestly used to be really good. Now, each time we go we are so disappointed. On our most recent visit, our server was rude and dismissive, in addition to knowing nothing about the wine list, and managing to offend my taste in wine while trying, in vain, to offer recommendations beyond the wine I ordered which was out of stock. I want this place to be good because we love Italian wine and cocktails, but I can't justify going back. It's a college bar, borderline club, that doesn't take their drinks or service seriously.
We did not eat here so I can’t speak for the food but the cocktails were unique and fun. They also have an extensive Italian wine list. Worth a stop if you are in old city!

The extra liquor/entertainment tax is ridiculous 😕.....made our $10-$12 drinks more like $18 each. Plus we paid $15 to park for less than 2 hrs. 🤔

Great quality drinks but very expensive! Fun atmosphere, very loud & packed! They have gorgeous lighting which is either off, burnt out or forgotten.

We ordered three plates, carpaccio, sulami and mussels. The carpaccio was so thin and smeared with so much pesto it was mushy and had no taste. It had zero seasoning and therefore zero flavor! Then came the sulami plate. It was okay because it was premade food, but we thought it was unbalanced because the accompaniments were overly sweet. Now the mussels. The top of the shells were barely warm, but the mussels were overcooked which tells me they were previously cooked and just reheated.. Enough said about those. Those are the only thing we sent back. Granted, these were all appetizers ranging from $18-$23 each, lets just say we were expecting more and we were very disappointed. 2 glasses of wine (1 each), the two appetizers (because they removed the mussels) the bill was still over $90. So not worth it !

The mixologists here are clearly masters of their craft, whipping up drinks that are both delicious and inventive. Whether you're a classic cocktail aficionado or looking to try something new and adventurous, Brother Wolf delivers.
The staff are attentive, friendly, and clearly passionate about what they do, making every visit a truly enjoyable experience.
Highly recommended!
I came here during the dolly parton pop up last year and had a decent experience. I always wanted to come back during regular hours and explore their menu more. We decided to come here tonight for a night cap with some friends. The atmosphere was nice and the drink menu was interesting however our server ruined the experience and we will genuinely never be back because of it. Her attitude was so terrible, it felt like we did something personal to her. I will say she still was on time with drinks and I do appreciate that. It seemed like she was in a bad mood and everyone at the table felt her negative energy. We were all just so confused why she was so rude to us when we were incredibly easy and barely asked for anything. I hope the rest of the staff is kinder and more professional.
