If you are in a hurry I would suggest ordering online... it seems as if they are only filling the online orders. If you dine in for lunch, be prepared to wait 45 min to get your food. Other than the long wait, the food is delicious.

Wow!! I am completely blown away by what you did last night! Brown Bag catered the Reach Them to Teach Them event where dinner was served to 1,500 Knox area educators. Everyone loved the food, it was delicious and the presentation for an event this big was unbelievable. Those that were familiar with Brown Bag were so excited you were catering it and I think you picked up some new fans from those who had never eaten your food. Thank you for working with Reach Them to Teach Them to start off the wonderful evening with such a wonderful meal!

Cool place. Love the message - clean fresh food. we had brown bag catered once, it was good BUT getting a fresh lunch was so much better. My food was hot and had plenty of flavor. The mashed potatoes are wonderful !!! I decided to try the buffalo chicken tacos-im not huge on spice but these were great. Not too bland not too spicy, kind of right up my alley !
I will say while there is ample seating in and outdoors it gets PACKED quickly ... which can be a turn off but the food is still worth it.

They know how to rip through a long line you would think it was fast food but it's not. Everything tasted good. No complaints from the four of us.
The atmosphere was great as usual. Our food was very slow coming out. I don't recall ever waiting that long at my previous visits. The steak is usually very tender - this visit not so much. It was dry and tough. Banana pudding was good.

One of the best places to eat in the hardin valley area. I had a steak sandwich which was perfectly made. Staff is friendly restaurants clean. There open very short hours for lunch only. Going back to tomorrow. Will be my go to place awesome fresh food at a amazing price. Not looking to rob you like most of the chain eataries....
