Hello, I just wanted to say I am very disappointed. I have been coming to the Powell location for years. And I have been by there 4 times in the last 2 months and every time they are out of dairy free oat milk. They keep saying the vendor won’t ship the milk however there are several places in the area that sell oatmilk and even wholesale places. I would know as that has to stay in my home. All they have to offer is Italian ice which no one wants at an Ice Cream shop whenever other’s are eating ice cream. There are two other ice cream shops in Powell/Halls and both of them still offer dairy free ice cream but not you all. Bruster’s is really missing a giant platform of business this way, and forcing people to go else. Having a staple vanilla or chocolate dairy free would be all that is needed. People can opt to put toppings on a plain flavor.

Always good ice cream. I get the non dairy. My favorite is the strawberry swirl, but I haven't had it in a while. Would love to see it offered again. I had the coffee flavored non dairy ice cream in a waffle cone. Very good!

Having a drive thru is a nice feature, but if you aren't going to assume the orders are to go in a drive thru they should at least ask if lids are needed before they start trying to hand out the order. Also rinsing off the scoop between customers would be nice, I hate mint chocolate chip but the person before must have gotten it because it all i could taste in my cone. Ruined it for me. My friend was happy with how theirs tasted but they messed up the toppings.

Tried for first time… This place just happen to be the “lucky stop place” for a sweet treat. I enjoyed it & im certain my sister did hers as well. Oh yeah my mom also enjoyed mine cause she had to help me eat it! Definitely big portion.

Awesome! The ice cream is so smooth and delicious. It was the most tasty ice cream I've ever had. I give it five stars. Definitely go back. Must have get if you have to go out of the way for it. It is the best ice cream ever. Don't call me on that but it is delicious
