Ordered a small. The sign said a small was 2 scoops. This is what I got. I’m sorry this is hardly a single scoop and cost over $5.

Just sat in line for well over 40 minutes for ice cream for my grand babies only to be sent home empty handed because I did not get to the window before 9pm. I posted on FB about spoiling the kids with ice cream at 830. These babies sat so patiently for their treat. DO BETTER BRUSTERS!

Great ice cream but the people working can be rude sometimes and 2/3 times I go they mess up my simple waffle cone order and the amount on the cone can vary wildly.

Ordered chocolate milkshake got a vanilla shake with chocolate syrup. Hhmm . This taste terrible- not very good. Waste of money. ($7.00) Should be made with chocolate ice cream . Was told that you have to order it to be made with chocolate ice cream. Why? Who knew you would have to request a chocolate shake be made with chocolate ice cream??!!!

Their tiramisu is the best ice cream I’ve ever had, it’s so delicious. We had one encounter at this location with who I think was a manager who was very rude, unfortunately, but every other time has been wonderful!

I ordered a Reese's pieces blast and it was a disgusting watery mess as soon as I received it as you can see from the attached video. Don't suffer from the cognitive dissonance that so many others seem to with this place and end up wasting your money on mediocre ice cream. Do yourself a favor and just go to Dairy Queen and get a Blizzard, it will actually be worth eating. Pathetic!

Very watered down freeze. Also, a very watered down shake, must be instructed to do this as a cost saver for the shop. The shake was supposed be chocolate (made from chocolate ice cream), but definitely didn’t taste like it. Also, I’ve never had pieces of ice in a milkshake before. Super disappointed! Wasted money because it tasted so bad that I had to throw it out
