Bruster's Real Ice Cream

Oh my gosh, their ice cream is too good, gets me fat lol. I really love the variety they have and their waffle cones and bowls are the best I have ever had. My only complaint is the parking, it really sucks when busy.

With so many places, you can choose from make it this one. Best way to describe it.... woth it.

Not enough parking but the ice cream was good

The ice cream is fantastic, but the older grey haired gentleman that works during the week is horrific to deal with and has lost this business for this location. Twice in the last two months confirm this is just how he is. The first encounter with him - he repeatedly shook his tip container at my husband - and after doing so my husband decided against tipping him. Once he realized this he slammed the door in our faces without so much as a “thank you”.. today I stopped in again, to my pleasuring seeing the same man working - kindly I ordered a waffle bowl with vanilla ice cream, and he made me a waffle cone and I said I’m so sorry I asked for a bowl, and I said I wouldn’t care if I didn’t have to drive back to work. He said well you must’ve not listened when I repeated your order back to you. He did correct it, but rudely again handed to me and slammed the window shut. I won’t be returning and caution others of his demeanor at this location!

Went there at 9:15 Tuesday the 26th after checking google and it saying they were open till 10pm. Turns out they close at 9. No big deal….except for the rude employee shaking his head at us and opening the widow to say “we’re closed” while looking at us like we were stupid. Hope he buys a lottery ticket on his way home. He might not be so lucky again.

Very disrespectful. This woman wouldn’t give a man on crutches ice cream because they “closed”. Online it says they close at 10:00, they claimed it closed at 9:00. At 8:40 they had already cleaned their milkshake maker. When asked if they were closed at 8:58, she rudely said yes. The situation could’ve been handled better. Oh wait, it gets worse. At 9:00 (with people still at the picnic tables) they turned all the lights off and told people to leave. They did not politely ask you to leave, they demanded you leave immediately. Ice cream was good, service was awful. Fire the people on shift on the date of November 3rd 2024. I was shocked at how rude the people were. Fix it

The wife and I love this place. They've got great flavor choices and sizable portions at an excellent price. Don't expect tiny scoops here. I wish there were music outside, but the seating area is nice and well maintained and the staff is always very friendly too. Great stuff. We will for sure be back.
