She truly cares about what she does and her and all of the staff really do want everyone to have an amazing experience. The drinks are amazing, the food is amazing, and the staff are amazing. “Some of the best hibachi that I have had in Knoxville!! Bubble tea is also delicious. They give a large portion of food which is also great. The couple that run the restaurant are so sweet. Small family-owned vibes. My partner also got the katsu curry and he loved it. We highly recommend!!“

“The Tonkotsu (pork) broth Ramen at this restaurant is highly recommended. The generous portion size is complemented by the excellent ramen noodles, which are topped with a variety of ingredients including fish cake, egg, corn, and seaweed.
While the pork steam bun is satisfactory, it does not quite reach the level of my personal preference.“

“I’ve had friends recommend Hello Tea House many times. Today my husband and I finally tried it!! The gal who waited on us - I think she’s an owner - was so helpful and patient with us newbies!! 💕 We got savory spicy chicken crepe sandwiches and bubble teas to start. It was cool to watch the sandwich making process from beginning to end! And both the teas and sandwiches were DELICIOUS!! Of course, we saved room for dessert. Thankful we did!! The wild berry sweet crepe - recommended by the same gal - was A-MAZ-ING!! We both agreed we should have started with THAT!! Next time!! 😜“
