Went though the drive thru and bought brisket dinner and a brisket sandwich. The brisket was like wallet leather dry and the fries were stale and cold
I took it inside and the crew today was so respectful and thoughtful. They apologized and made fresh fries and the just had fresh brisket come out.
I will def. Retired because of the customer service I experienced.
However, ensuring food meets quality before being served should be more focused on.

I will never spend another dime at the Clinton location.. I've given them multiple attempts to get it right but at this point No more for me or my family.. The last 4 yes (4) trips have not been worth feeding it to my dog... Bbq is nasty dry garbage and the fries are like cold cardboard and the hush puppies are not fit to eat just nasty heck even the lemon pie was molded let alone freeze burnt.
I'm just amazed how some of the fast food places keep making money with the garbage it's putting out the door. Never Again

Ok, so I eat at Buddy's BBQ all the time. So today I go to the Bearden location for an early lunch. Get my food and drink and go to a table by the windows. As I am sitting there eating, small black ants are crawling everywhere, along the windows sills and even on my table while I was trying to eat. I killed about 3 . I did notice ants were on other tables along the windows. Plus the windows sills were dirty and nasty. Number 2, the TV was on and extremely loud....and what was on ? Sports!!!! Men yacking back and forth as fast as they could talk. Not everyone enjoys listening and watching sports in every restaurant in town!!!!!

I ate at the Lenoir City location earlier today for lunch. I had the pork dinner and everything was good except the French fries. They were severely under cooked. They should encourage the staff to use a timer for the fryer and even test them before serving them. Today was disappointing.

My wife and I decided to try Buddy’s for the first time ever at the Bristol location. We ordered our food online so we could be thorough and take time to look at the whole menu and decide what we wanted. My wife got the rib trio with beans and potato salad I believe. I went with a classic hot dog and fries and also got some hush puppies. Went thru the drive thru to pick up the order and that’s when it all started as a horrible mistake. I pulled up to the window to get our food and not even 1 person said we are almost done with your order, or we are working on it, or even said hello or anything to me at all; didn’t even give us our drinks at least when we pulled up. The manager looked like he was one of the biggest bums ever just because of the way he was dressed, very unprofessional. When we finally got our food the ONLY thing said to me was, HERE YOU GO. There was no hi how are you or have a good day or anything. Very rude customer service for starters. I grabbed the food and went to park in a parking lot to eat. We opened up our food and my wife’s dinner looked like it was just swished around like it was man handled. The beans were all in the potato salad and the ribs just even looked like they were dry as could be. She said the taste was horrible and she couldn’t even tell what one of the meats were. She said it tasted like chicken but if it was, then it wasn’t even done. She could have dipped it in bbq sauce, but oh yeah they forgot that. So she was eating dry awful meat with no sauce to even make it moist whatsoever. When I dug into my food, it just went downhill from there. The bun was just falling apart and would not stay together for starters. The chili tasted like it was seriously from a can, and if it was, I’ve had better can chili than that before. The fries wasn’t even close to being cooked all the way, and the hush puppies wasn’t even crispy, tasted more like rubber. So when you have someone like me who doesn’t take the time to write reviews about food, to actually take the time to write this review, well it was just so horrible that I actually had to say something. So if you’re looking to have some good bbq, don’t go to the Bristol location. It’s safe to say that I will probably never eat at buddy’s ever again.

I ordered the pulled chicken dinner and received it the chicken only filled half the to go box the sides were fries and baked beans and half an empty box. Yes I have a photo of it.

We had the BEST experience at this buddy’s! And my wife and I have been eating at buddy’s for years! But this particular location went above and beyond and I couldn’t be more thankful! We sat down to eat and were asked multiple times if we had everything we needed, if we wanted any extra hush puppies, etc. and then to top it off a gentleman cleaning saw us and our 3 children eating and came over and asked if it was ok for him to bring our kids ice cream with fudge on it! I was blown away at not only the generosity, but the respect he had for us as parents to ask permission first. This is our new “home” buddy’s, thank you all for making our day!

Got the feed 10 and was told they no longer substitute corn for a side when you can sub.on any meal so what's the difference...and had a big peice of skin in the pork where it was ground up prob counted as weight also..but other then those two things it was great...
