( I never leave reviews ) Go see my boy reggie, great customer service and reggie has a great personality, the store really makes you feel welcome, I’ve never had a restaurant put a smile on my face but the customer service I got today was enough to leave and tell mine and my wife’s friends about our experience, the food was great and the hush puppies were fresh

It’s definitely fast food quality food but it was yummy. The hush puppies are phenomenal though. The atmosphere is cute, I like the decor. It’s definitely worth going inside for that and they walk around handing out warm hush puppies. My favorite part of this particular location though was Reggie. He was incredibly friendly and helpful. He totally made our day!Kid-friendliness: They have a kids menu and someone walked around to pick up trash which makes it easier when you’re eating with kids.

We have been ordering for the Magnola Buddy's for about 2 years now for catering. This morning we put in the order as usual and failed to check on it and realized that that specific location was closed due to renovations. I went to this location and they took care of the last minute order. They were so nice and accommodating and ensured me that the manager was going to make sure we weren't double charged. Offered to help me bring everything to my vehicle. I would definitely recommend. Amazing service.
We ordered the Brunswick Stew, and unfortunately, we did not care for it at all. It seemed to be really salty and very overcooked with an almost burnt flavor.

Girl working drive-thru was rude. Food wasn't warm. Had a hair completely intertwined in the pulled pork. And they even served Coke that was flat. You can see when you're dispensing soda if it's flat. What a waste of money. What happened to the outstanding service and quality of food you used to serve? Do better.

Stopped in on a Sunday at noon and picked up a family meal for 10. The service was perfect, the wait was minimal, the price was good value. The food was great. I especially liked the containers for the BBQ sauce and the way they packaged things for take out.
The little girl working was OBVIOUSLY extremely high. She was later on tiktok getting high. NOT GOOD FOR BUSINESS AT ALL .
Reggie is the best!! Oh yeah.. the ham, hush puppies and sweet tea are great
